▽日本サッカー協会(JFA)は1日、都内で会見を開き、U-17日本女子代表の楠瀬直木監督(54)にJFAの女性職員に対する不適切な行為があり、本人からの辞任の申し出を受理したことを発表。U-20日本女子代表指揮官の池田太氏が代行を務め、8日の理事会を経て正式に就任することも併せて発表した。 ▽U-17日本女子代表は今月ウルグアイで開催されるU-17ワールドカップ(W杯)に出場。13日にはグループリーグ初戦のブラジル代表戦を迎えるところだった。 ▽記者会見には、JFAの田嶋幸三会長、須原清貴専務理事、今井純子女子委員長が出席。楠瀬直木監督が辞任に至った理由や経緯について説明し、その後メディア陣からの質疑に応対した。 ◆田島幸三会長(日本サッカー協会) 「本日は急なご案内にも関わらずお集まり頂き、誠にありがとうございます。本日FIFAU-17ワールドカップウルグアイ2018に出場するU-17日本代表について、監督の交代をせざるを得なくなったことをお伝えします。楠瀬直木監督に代わり池田太U-18日本女子代表監督が代行で指揮を執ることが決まりました。これは、楠瀬監督の『不適切な行為』に該当する事象があったことが理由です」 「今回私共としまして、本人及び関係者の話をしっかりとヒアリングさせて頂き、弁護士を含む外部の専門家とも様々な方法から相談し、楠瀬さんに不適切な行為があったことを判断しました。これは、『不必要な身体的接触』でございます。しかし、事件性のある行為では決してなかったということは申し上げます」 「最初に不適切な行為があったのは、昨年の6月です。打ち合わせを行った後に屋外ではございますが、楠瀬監督が当該職員にハグをして別れました。この当該職員は、その行為に対して不快感を示しました。その後、今年9月に再び不必要な身体的な接触を受けたことから9月下旬に当該職員がメールにて所属部署の上司に相談することが事態が明らかになりました」 「これを受けて繰り返しですが、私共が職員にヒアリングをさせて頂き、そのあとで弁護士を含む外部の専門家の立会いのもと両者に対して、複数回のヒアリングをさせて頂きました。それを踏まえた上で、丁寧に慎重に調査及び問題の整理を進めて参りました。その上で、女子委員会にお諮りし、今回の決断に至りました」 「ご存知の通りでございますが、我々日本サッカー協会は、サッカーを通して人々の心身の健全な発達と社会の発展に貢献することを倫理として掲げております。サッカーに関わる我々大人が子供達に夢を与え、子供達の模範となること、そのような高い倫理観と規律が求められます」 「今回は特にアンダーカテゴリーの女子チームの監督ということもあり、そのチームに関わるものにはより一層の高い倫理観と規律が求められると考えております。日本サッカー協会にはそのような立場から毅然と対応することが求められております。そういった考え方を持って、女子委員会で議論をして頂きました。それを踏まえた上で、楠瀬さんの行為は女子日本代表監督として不適切な行為であったと判断し、本人も軽率な行為であったことを認め、反省した上で辞任の申し出がございました。その申し出を我々は受け入れました」 「日本サッカー協会としましては、役職員への研修、ホイッスルブローイングと呼ぶいわゆるホットラインといった制度の整備をこれまで行ってまいりました。その上で、今回のことをしっかりと検証し、JFA職員にとどまらずコーチングスタッフ、チームスタッフ、その他指導者を含む現場で活動する関係者についてもコンプライアンスの研修をさらに強化し、その教育を行い、再発防止に努めてまいります」 「本件に対する協会の責任は認識しております。従いまして、該当する役員等々につきましての処分を含むその対応につきましては、11月の日本サッカー協会理事会でご審議頂き、決定頂く予定です」 「最後にファン・サポーターの皆様、企業の多くの関係者の皆様、そしてスポーツ界のガバナンス・コンプライアンスの強化に取り組んでいる関係者の皆様にご心配をおかけし、お騒がせしていることを心からお詫び申し上げます」 「今後は当該職員に対する精神的なケアを行う一方で、2度とこのようなことが起きないよう今一度スポーツの原点、JFAの理念に立ち返り、コンプライアンスの強化に努めてまいりたいと思います。そして、これを機にコーチングスタッフ、チームスタッフに対して、コンプライアンスの徹底、ハラスメント、暴力根絶により一層の力を注いでいく考えです。大きな大会を間近に控えてこのようなご報告をしなくてはならないこと、また昨今のスポーツ界へのハラスメントや暴力など様々な問題が取り沙汰されているにも関わらず、U-17女子日本代表を率いる監督に不適切な行為が認められたことについて、忸怩たる思いを禁じえません」 「しかしながら、日本サッカー協会として、どのような事案に対しても、毅然とした態度で臨み、不適切な行為の再発を防ぐことが日本サッカー協会を守ることになると考え、この結論に達しました。選手たちはウルグアイでの大会に全力を注ごうと真面目に取り組んでいるところであります。新しくなった池田監督のもと、彼らたちの力が100パーセント発揮できるように、私たちはサポートしていきたいと思います」 ──10月下旬にメンバー発表をしたが、辞表を受理したのはいつか。一言で言えばセクハラだったと言う認識か 須原清貴専務理事「辞任届が届いたのは10月31日です。2つ目の質問については、不適切な行為であり、セクハラかどうかということにつきましては、弁護士からの見解を頂いておりますが、完全に断じることはできないと。ただ、不適切な行為でありました」 ──楠瀬監督はどういうふうに説明をしたか。また、不適切な行為をした際に飲酒をしていたか 須原清貴専務理事「起きた事案につきましては、楠瀬監督が理解をしている、覚えている範囲でその範囲の中で説明して頂いています。飲酒をしていたかどうかについては、今回の職員を特定することになりかねませんので、控えさせて頂きます」 ──昨年9月にハグをしたとあったが、楠瀬監督からの説明ではどういった理由でハグをしたのか 須原清貴専務理事「理由等々につきましては、職員の特定につながる可能性がありますので、差し控えさせて下さい」 ──昨年6月と今年9月とあったが、その間に何回かあったのか、それともその2回なのか 須原清貴専務理事「私共が認識しているのはこの2回です」 ──被害に遭われたのは女性か。また、解任ではなく辞任の理由は 須原清貴専務理事「女性でございます。2つ目の質問についてですが、ご本人の方から反省した上で辞表を提出して頂きました。その意向を尊重して辞表を受理しました」 ──楠瀬さんから辞任にあたってのコメントはあったか。現場のスタッフに対するハラスメントなどへの研修はもともとあったのか 須原清貴専務理事「楠瀬さん本人からは『大変ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳なかった』というお言葉を頂戴しております。2つ目の質問に関しましては、指導者などに対しては、契約の時の契約書にそういったコンプライアンスの内容が記載されています。それを説明した上で伝達しております。ただ、その後にフォローアップや追加で定期的に行うことはできていませんでした。そこの部分は反省しております」 ──選手たちにはどのタイミングで辞任を伝えたか。また、その時の現場スタッフや選手たちの反応は 今井純子女子委員長「スタッフに対しては、昨日に説明させて頂きました。もちろん驚いていました。その上で選手たちがこの大会に向けて集中して臨めるようにしっかりやっていこうという意思確認をさせて頂きました。選手たちは本日集合ですので、バスに乗る際に私の方から説明させて頂きました。大変驚いていましたが、ここで集中して目の前のサッカーに向き合って取り組むことが大事であり、不満になることがあればスタッフに相談して欲しいと伝えています」 ──楠瀬監督の説明ではなぜハグをしたのか 須原清貴専務理事「お疲れ様という意味だとおっしゃっていました」 ──なぜこのようなことが起きてしまったのか 須原清貴専務理事「もう一度我々の方でしっかりと時間をかけて事象を分析し、今我々が持っているプログラムを整理する必要があります。どこかのタイミングでもう一度しっかりと説明したいと考えています。ただ、この時点で申し上げられることは、代表チーム役員に対するコンプライアンスの教育や研修を見直す必要があると思っております」 ──昨年6月の件は屋外と言っていたが、業務中だったのか オランダ遠征を終えた熊谷紗希がインスタを更新、さらなるレベルアップを誓う「1人1人が自覚を持って次に」

岩渕真奈の新型コロナ陽性に佐々木則夫女子委員長がコメント「共にこのAFC女子アジアカップを戦っていく方針」
日本サッカー協会(JFA)の佐々木則夫女子委員長が、なでしこジャパンのFW岩渕真奈についてコメントした。 JFAは19日、岩渕が新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)の陽性判定を受けたことを発表。チームに合流する前に判明し、別室で隔離されていることを発表した。 なでしこジャパンは、女子ワールドカップ出場に向けて、今回のAFC女子アジアカップを戦う中、エースである岩渕を欠いて初戦を戦うこととなる。 今回の陽性判定を受け、佐々木女子委員長はJFAを通じてコメント。復帰を待つ方針であるとし、それまではしっかりと残りの選手で戦うとした。 「まずは岩渕真奈選手の回復のために、JFAとしてしうるサポートを全てしていく所存です」 「AFCのレギュレーションとして最短でも1月24日(月)まで自室での隔離を続け、また24日の検査での陰性と、検査日までの直近3日間の継続した無症状をもって隔離解除となるため、当面チームからは離れた状況が続きます」 「今後の岩渕選手の体調、コンディションを注視したうえでの判断になりますが、現時点ではチームとして彼女の復帰を待ち、彼女と共にこのAFC女子アジアカップを戦っていく方針です」 「初戦は選手1名を欠いた中での戦いとなりますが、池田太監督は着々と準備を進めてくれていますし、選手も変わらず初戦に向けて集中しています」 「全員でFIFA女子ワールドカップへの切符を、そしてアジアのタイトルを獲得できるよう引き続き戦ってまいります」 2022.01.19 20:43 Wed

女子W杯得点王、なでしこMF宮澤ひなたが昨季2位のマンチェスター・ユナイテッドに加入! 背番号は「20」に決定

元ユナイテッドSDがFAに復帰…新設のチーフ・フットボール・オフィサーに就任
元マンチェスター・ユナイテッドのスポーツディレクター(SD)、ダン・アシュワース氏が、イングランドサッカー協会(FA)に復帰することになった。 FAは14日、アシュワース氏が新設のチーフ・フットボール・オフィサーに就任すると発表。同職ではイングランド代表の男女チームと緊密に連携していくことになるという。 昨年12月にユナイテッドのSDをわずか5カ月で退任したアシュワース氏。それ以前にはブライトン&ホーヴ・アルビオン、ニューカッスルで手腕を発揮しており、国内外のクラブからのオファーも想定されていたが、2018年まで6年間に渡って勤務していたFAに復帰することになった。 アシュワース氏は、セント・ジョージズ・パークの再開発を監督し、2028年に開催されるユーロ2028の共催に向け、競技施設とピッチの改善を目指す。 さらに、この新役職は、男子フットボールのテクニカルディレクターであるジョン・マクダーモット氏と緊密に連携するとともに、FAの最高経営責任者(CEO)であるマーク・ブリンガム氏とも連携する。 また、イングランド国内の地元出身のコーチの育成にも携わる予定だという。 2025.05.15 16:30 Thu

北中米W杯の欧州予選組み合わせ決定! 12カ国+POの4カ国が出場権獲得、来年3月からスタート【2026年北中米W杯欧州予選】

女子選手の意見を参考に配慮し白パンツを中止、ナイキが女子W杯出場13カ国の新ユニフォームを発表!

「可愛い!」ペガサスに乗って宙を舞うイングランド代表FWサカの衝撃写真が話題沸騰「この男を愛さないわけにはいかない」
