シカゴ・レッドスターズの元なでしこジャパンFW永里優季が、見事な組み立ての仕上げをした。3日、シカゴはナショナル・ウィメンズ・サッカーリーグ(NWSL)第18節で、ワシントン・スピリットとアウェイで対戦。永里は2トップの下がり目、トップ下のような位置で先発し、今季3点目を挙げた。
1点リードのシカゴは60分、自陣からショートパスを駆使して前進。永里は中盤右サイドでボールに絡むと、中へ預けて自らは回り込みながら前線へ顔を出す。
右深い位置からのクロスは合わなかったが、チーム全体が押し上げてボックス内に人数を掛けていたシカゴはこれを拾い、今度は左ポケットからペネロペ・ホッキングが折り返し。ゴール前の永里がきっちりと仕上げた。
GKを起点とし、一度も相手に奪われることなく10人がボールに絡んだ見事なゴール。永里自身も「チームとしていい形で取れたのが何より良かった」と、得点シーンを振り返った。

「ずっと仲良しでいいですね」「最高すぎる」堂安律もダブルピース! ハワイを共に楽しんだ相手は10年来の仲間「素敵です」

「漫画かよ」「ドラマがあるなぁ」“救世主”三笘薫と中村憲剛氏の13年前の姿にファンも感激「エモすぎる」
