先のアジアカップでハムストリングを痛めてから、セルティックでリハビリが続く旗手。セルティックではアジアカップ参戦も重なって、1月末を最後にプレーから遠ざかるが、来る代表ウィーク後にも実戦復帰の見通しがあるという。
イギリス『デイリー・レコード』によると、ブレンダン・ロジャーズ監督が旗手の回復ぶりを明かしつつ、復帰時期を示唆した。
「レオは順調にきている。ピッチで動いているし、インターナショナルブレイク後からチームに加われるかもしれない。代表期間中にグループとトレーニングをし、それから出られるようになるだろう。中断明けのリヴィングストン戦でと期待している」

札幌DF田中駿汰が結婚を発表「こんなに人を好きになったのは初めてです」

「知らなかったからビックリした」セルティック加入井手口陽介の上半身タトゥーに驚きの声

フリンポンで賢く儲けるセルティック…レバークーゼンへの売却時に結んだ契約とは
レバークーゼンのオランダ代表DFジェレミー・フリンポン(23)は、前所属セルティックにとって近年で最も成功した移籍ビジネスの1人だろう。 名手シャビ・アロンソ監督のもと、ブンデスリーガ無敗で初優勝へ突っ走るレバークーゼン。各ポジションに卓越した選手が揃う彼らだが、両ウイングバックのDFアレハンドロ・グリマルド、そしてフリンポンの攻撃力も見逃せない。 左のグリマルドが公式戦38試合で11得点15アシスト、右のフリンポンが34試合で11得点11アシストと、揃ってにわかには信じ難いほどの数字をマーク。フリンポンに関しては23歳と若く、今夏のステップアップも濃厚とされる。 どうやらフリンポンには3500万ポンド(約66億7000万円)の契約解除条項があり、イギリス『フットボール・インサイダー』いわく、プレミアリーグから複数のトップクラブが獲得を考慮。この額の満額支払いを苦にしないクラブもあるだろう。 その一方、マンチェスター・シティからセルティックを経てレバークーゼン入りしたフリンポン。2021年1月まで所属したセルティックは、同選手をレバークーゼンへ売却時、リセール時に売却益30%を譲渡してもらう契約を結んだとのこと。 仮に今夏3500万ポンドで移籍なら、セルティックは純益700万ポンド(約13億3000万円)を確保することに。19年にシティへ支払った移籍金がわずか35万ポンド(約6000万円)、21年のレバークーゼンへの売却で1150万ポンド(約21億9000万円)...今夏も移籍なら収支は大きなプラスだ。 2019-20シーズンのセルティックのスコットランド3冠にピッチレベルでも大きく貢献していたフリンポン。セルティックにとってのフリンポンは、近年で最も成功した移籍ビジネスの1人だろう。 2024.04.03 13:35 Wed

「1分でもプレーさせたくないと言われて…」セルティック守護神のハートが、スパーズ時代の不遇告白
