鹿島アントラーズは15日、本山雅志アカデミースカウト、岩政大樹監督、青木剛氏の3名にアントラーズ功労賞に認定された。認定者は合計24人目となった。
本山氏は東福岡高校から1998年に鹿島に入団。2015年までプレーすると、その後ギラヴァンツ北九州、マレーシアのクランタン・ユナイテッドでプレーし、2022年に現役を引退した。
鹿島ではJ1通算365試合38得点、リーグカップ57試合9得点、天皇杯で53試合12得点。
岩政監督は東京学芸大学から2004年に入団。2013年までプレーし、2014年にタイのテロ・サーサナ(現:ポリス・テロFC)へ移籍。2015年からはファジアーノ岡山、2017年からは東京ユナイテッドFCでプレーし、2018年に現役を引退した。2022年からトップチームのコーチに就任。シーズン途中から監督に就任していた。
鹿島ではJ1通算290試合35得点、リーグカップで49試合4得点、天皇杯で27試合4得点を記録していた。
ちなみに、岩政監督は2022年の功労選手賞が発表された際に「なぜいただけないのか」と投稿していたが、見事に受賞となった。
青木氏は前橋育英高校から2001年に鹿島に入団。2016年途中まで鹿島でプレーし、2016年途中にサガン鳥栖へ移籍。その後ロアッソ熊本、南葛SCでプレー。現在はフットゴルフ選手として活躍している。
鹿島ではJ1通算376試合に出場し8得点、リーグカップで73試合、天皇杯44試合3得点を記録していた。
アントラーズ功労賞は、クラブの発展に寄与した人物をたたえるため2008年に制定されたもの。認定者の記念品は、カシマサッカーミュージアム内のメインスペースに展示される。
なお、3名に関しては、9月16日のセレッソ大阪戦で記念盾授与式&スペシャルトークショーが実施される。

関東サッカーリーグ1部の南葛SCでプレーする元日本代表MFの稲本潤一が、現役を引退した元日本代表MF本山雅志氏を労った。
元日本代表MFの小野伸二(北海道コンサドーレ札幌)らとともに、1999年のナイジェリア・ワールドユースで銀メダルに輝いた“黄金世代”として知られる1979年度生まれの稲本と本山氏。本山氏は今年4月に現役引退を発表していた。
19日には、本山氏の引退試合「モトフェス」が県立カシマサッカースタジアムで開催。稲本も「MO10 FRIENDS」の一員としてプレーした。
稲本は21日にインスタグラムを更新。そこでも改めて本山氏を労っている。
「本山雅志引退試合『モトフェス』に先日呼んでもらいました!モトらしい暖かい雰囲気の中での試合は最高に楽しかった長い現役生活お疲れ様でした!!」
集合写真などとともに、控室での本山氏との2ショットも投稿した稲本だったが、そのチョイスにはツッコミが多く寄せられることになった。
稲本が選んだのは、本山氏がズボンを脱ぎかけているタイミングでの2ショット。おそらくパンツは履いていると思われるが、ちょうどシャツのたるみで隠れてなんとも絶妙な格好になっている。
ファンから「やばいってこれ 笑」、「なぜこのタイミングで?って思ったはずです」、「なぜ3枚目の写真をチョイスする」といったコメントが寄せられたほか、稲本の北海道コンサドーレ札幌時代にチームメイトだったFW都倉賢も「写真のチョイス笑」とコメントしている。
稲本は「モト、この写真使ってごめんねw」ともコメント。あえてこの絶妙な写真を選んだようだ。

ギラヴァンツ北九州は1月1日、元日本代表MF本山雅志(39)と2019シーズンの契約を更新することを発表した。
本山は、2016シーズンに鹿島アントラーズから北九州に加入。昨シーズンは、明治安田生命J3リーグ9試合に出場していた。日本代表としても28キャップを刻み、今年で40歳を迎える大ベテランだ。
本山は、クラブ公式サイトを通じて以下のようにコメントしている。

鹿島アントラーズの黄金期を知る同期の4人が、さすがの相性を発揮している。
鹿島のクラブ・リレーションズ・オフィサー(C.R.O)を務めているクラブOBで元日本代表DFの中田浩二氏がインスタグラムを更新。「久しぶりに4人で!ただただ楽しくて、落ち着く大事な時間だね」と1枚の写真を添えて古くからの仲間たちとの時間を楽しんだことを明かした。
中田氏の投稿に写っていたのは、小笠原満男氏(テクニカルアドバイザー)、本山雅志氏(アカデミースカウト担当)、曽ヶ端準氏(鹿島ユースGKコーチ)の1979年生まれの同期入団の3人との写真だ。
今年4月に本山氏が現役引退を発表。7月に鹿島のアカデミースカウト担当に就任したことで、再びこの4人が鹿島に集結していた。
11月19日には本山氏の引退試合「モトフェス」が予定されており、今回の集まりもモトフェスに向けてのものだったようだが、鹿島の黄金期を知る4人のレジェンドたちは服装でも相性の良さを見せつけることとなった。
4人は揃って白の無地Tシャツを着用。特に仕込んだわけではないようで、中田氏も「みんな白Tだったのはつっこまないでね…笑」と綴っている。
それでも、ファンからは「白T被るの、仲良すぎ!」、「お揃いか!」、「ズボンもみんな似てる(笑)」、「最高です」と多くのツッコミが。レジェンド4人の再会と仲の良さが伝わってくる写真に喜んでいた。

鹿島アントラーズのクラブ・リレーションズ・オフィサー(C.R.O)を務めるクラブOBで元日本代表DFの中田浩二氏の投稿が話題となっている。
現役時代は鹿島の他、マルセイユやバーゼルでもプレーした中田氏。日本代表としても2002年の日韓ワールドカップ、2006年のドイツW杯に出場していた。
その中田氏は自身のSNSを更新。鹿島のレジェンドたちと共に楽しいひとときを過ごしたようだ。
そこに集まったのは、中田氏に加え、小笠原満男氏(鹿島テクニカルアドバイザー)、本山雅志氏、曽ヶ端準氏(鹿島ユースGKコーチ)の1979年生まれの同期入団の3人と、2つ先輩の元チームメイトである柳沢敦氏(鹿島ユース監督)という豪華な顔ぶれとなった。
一緒に食事をした鹿島レジェンドのショット。これには同じ1979年生まれの元日本代表MF小野伸二(北海道コンサドーレ札幌)が「俺もまぜろ」とコメントするほど。仲の良さが伝わってくる写真だ。
