セレッソ大阪堺レディースが来シーズンからWEリーグに入会、12チームで構成

WEリーグは14日、2023-24シーズンのWEリーグから、セレッソ大阪堺レディースが入会することを発表した。 WEリーグは2021年に開幕。11チームという奇数でリーグが構成され、試合がない1チームは「WE ACTION DAY」として、試合以外の活動を行っていた。 2年目の2022-23シーズンも11チームで構成される中、入会を申請していたセレッソ大阪堺レディースの来シーズン入会が承認された。その名の通り、Jリーグのセレッソ大阪の女子チーム。なでしこリーグ1部に現在は所属している。今回は2チームが入会を申請していたが、1チームは承認されなかった。 2023-24 WEリーグ参入基準は「運営にあたる法人を構成する役職員の50%以上を女性とする。(入会から3年以内に達成すること)」、「意思決定に関わる者のうち、少なくとも1人は女性とすること。(取締役以上が望ましい)」、「プロA契約選手5名以上およびプロB・C契約選手[最低年俸270万円(消費税別)]10名以上と契約を締結すること」、「監督はJFA・S級(またはS級相当)、JFA・A-Proの指導者資格を有する者。もしくはS級資格取得講習会を受講中の者。(ただし、女性に限る)」、「U-18、U-15、U-12チームを保有すること。(ただし、U-18チームの保有は入会より3年以内。U-12についてはスクールまたはクリニックで代替可)」などがある。セレッソ大阪堺レディースは、下部組織からの育成選手のみで構成されているチームで、平均年齢も低く、これまでも1部と2部と行き来している。それでも、2021シーズンは過去最高の1部で3位という成績を残し、今季もここまで3位の成績を残している。過去には、現在なでしこジャパンでも活躍しているDF宝田沙織(リンシェーピング/スウェーデン)やMF林穂之香(ウェストハム/イングランド)、DF北村菜々美(日テレ・東京ヴェルディベレーザ)や、U-20日本女子代表として活躍し先日のU-20女子ワールドカップでゴールデンブーツ(MVP)を受賞したFW浜野まいか(INAC神戸レオネッサ)などが所属していた。岡島喜久子チェアは今回の入会承認についてコメントしている。「本年度は2団体からの入会申請を受理し、審査選考を進めてまいりました。まずは、入会申請をいただいた2団体の関係者の皆さまに御礼申し上げます。セレッソ大阪堺レディースは、今回の審査において参入基準を満たしているという評価であったこと、またこれまでも特に育成年代でトップレベルの選手を多数輩出してきた実績から、WEリーグでの活躍が期待できるクラブであると言えます。2023-24シーズンからは12クラブでリーグ戦を実施することとなります」「現在、試合のない1クラブが理念推進活動を行っている「WEACTIONDAY」は継続していく予定です。今後もリーグのあるべき姿や将来構想について各所と議論を続けながら、より魅力あるリーグを目指して取り組んでまいります」 2022.09.14 15:33 Wed

なでしこジャパンが2戦連続4ゴールで連勝! 開始18秒の谷川萌々子スーパーミドル弾に、田中美南が2戦連続2G1A【2025 SheBelieves Cup】
