ローマは18日、2024-25シーズンの新ユニフォームを発表した。
2023-24シーズンはシーズン途中にジョゼ・モウリーニョ監督が退任し、ダニエレ・デ・ロッシ監督が就任したローマ。チームは6位でフィニッシュし、新シーズンのヨーロッパの大会出場を決めている。
そのローマは、アディダスと共に新ユニフォームを発表。カンポ・テスタッチョの時代からインスピレーションを得ている。
カンポ・テスタッチョは、ローマ発祥の地でありホームスタジアムだった場所の名前。1929年11月3日に最初の試合が行われ、ブレシアと対戦した。
当時に思いを馳せ、今からおよそ90年前の1933-34シーズンに使われたシーズンチケットのカラーリングを採用。ダークレッドとゴールドをユニフォームに使用した。
デザインは非常にシンプルなものとなっており、ボディはダークレッドに、ゴールドの細いストライプが5本入り、さらに濃い赤のストライプが間に入っている。
肩に入るアディダスのスリーラインや右胸のアディダスロゴはゴールドで施され、左胸のクラブロゴはユニフォームと同じカラーリングで統一されている。
男女共に同じユニフォームを着用するため、なでしこジャパンのDF熊谷紗希、DF南萌華もこのユニフォームを着用。モデルにはアルゼンチン代表FWパウロ・ディバラや、イタリア代表MFロレンツォ・ペッレグリーニ、コートジボワール代表DFエヴァン・エンディカ、MFエドアルド・ボーヴェらがモデルを務めた。
ファンは新ユニフォームに「これはカッコいい」、「リークのよりも断然良く見える」、「選手が着るとヤバい」、「美しい色合い」、「素晴らしい出来」とコメント。また、お決まりのポーズを取ったディバラには「カッコ良すぎる」、「最高だ」、「いつまでも愛してる」と、絶賛の声が集まっている。
