一方、カリム・ベンゼマやエンゴロ・カンテらと擁しながらも敗れたアル・イテハド。同点弾のハムダラーは、試合後に一部ファンと口論となり、持っていたボトルの水を浴びせかける。すると、ファンも仕返しとばかりに、ハムダラーへ鞭打ち。スタッフや警備員が間に入る事態にまで発展した。
両チームは3月にもAFCアジアチャンピオンズリーグ(ACL)準々決勝で顔を合わせており、当時もアル・イテハドはアル・ヒラルに敗戦。第2戦ではハムダラーがレッドカードの退場処分を受けていた。
敗戦の不満はもっともだが、ハムダラー、ファン共に許される行為ではないだろう。

U-24ブラジル代表FWリシャルリソンが、東京オリンピックの金メダル獲得を喜んだ。ブラジルサッカー連盟(CBF)が伝えた。
7日、東京オリンピックの男子サッカー決勝が行われ、U-24ブラジル代表はU-24スペイン代表と対戦した。
連覇を目指すブラジルと、金メダル候補に挙げられたスペインの一戦。互いに譲らない中、前半終了間際にマテウス・クーニャのゴールでブラジルが先制。ビハインドで後半を迎えたスペインは、61分にミケル・オヤルサバルが同点ゴールを記録。そのまま延長戦に突入した。
延長に入っても互いに譲らない攻防が続く中、108分にマウコムが一瞬の隙を突いてゴール。そのまま逃げ切り、ブラジルが2016年のリオ・デ・ジャネイロ・オリンピックに続いて連覇を達成した。
今大会で10番を背負い、所属先のエバートンにはコパ・アメリカ2021からの連戦となるものの、参加を志願したリシャルリソン。改めて金メダルを獲得できたことを喜んだ。
「犠牲を払ってきた甲斐があった。僕たちは、トレーニング中に全てを捧げ、プレーしている。このグループはこの勝利にふさわしいと思う」

チームを説得して参加したオリンピックでは、決勝までの全6試合に出場し5ゴールを記録。大会得点王に輝いた。金メダルとともに、しっかりと結果を残せたことを喜んだ。
「僕はこのためにここに来た。ピッチ上でチームメイトを助けるためにだ。大会では得点王となり、二重の喜びを感じた。チームメイトを助けることができ、彼らも僕を助けることができた、素晴らしい大会だった」
また、前回大会のリオ・デ・ジャネイロ・オリンピックで金メダルを獲得した同胞のFWネイマールから大会前にプレッシャーをかけられていたリシャルリソン。見事に目標を達成したことで饒舌となり、冗談めかして同胞を挑発した。
「ネイマール、見てる? 僕がプレッシャーを感じるだろうと言ったね。僕は10番をつけたし、ゴールを決めて、大会で得点王になった。今度は君が我慢する番だろうね!」

バルセロナは、ブラジル代表FWマウコム(22)を簡単に手放す気はないようだ。スペイン『マルカ』が伝えている。
昨年夏に4100万ユーロ(現在のレートで約51億円)の移籍金でボルドーからバルセロナに加わったマウコム。その直前にボルドーとのクラブ間合意がローマから発表されていたが、急転直下のスペイン行きとなり、物議を醸した。
だが、これまで移籍金に見合った活躍はできておらず、リーガエスパニョーラでの出場は8試合留まり。先発出場はわずか1試合のみとなっている。当然のことながら今冬にも退団話が噴出していた。
記事によれば、インテルが獲得に興味を示しているというが、バルセロナは移籍金を7000万ユーロ(約87億円)に設定し、安価では放出に応じない構えを取っているようだ。

東京オリンピックに出場したU-24ブラジル代表。2016年のリオ・デ・ジャネイロ・オリンピックではオーバーエイジにFWネイマールらを擁して自国開催で金メダルを獲得。連覇を目指した。
決勝は7日にU-24スペイン代表との間で行われると、1-1で迎えた延長後半にマウコムがゴール。2-1で勝利し、大会連覇となる金メダルを獲得していた。
サッカー競技での連覇のみならず、東京オリンピックはブラジルにとって過去最高のメダル獲得と、喜ばしい大会になるはずだったが、メダル授与式で問題が発生。ブラジルの選手たちはユニフォームのまま登壇していた。
本来、試合はユニフォームでも問題ないものの、メダル授与の際はオリンピックチームの公式ウェアを着用するもの。ブラジルのサッカーチームは「ナイキ」のユニフォームを着用しているが、オリンピックチームの公式ウェアは中国ブランドの「PEAK(ピーク)」が提供しているのだ。
選手たちは下こそ「PEAK」のジャージを着用していたが、上は全員が腰に巻き、ブラジル代表の「ナイキ」のユニフォームで登場。これが大きな問題となり、ブラジルオリンピッック委員会(BOC)が「男子の表彰式におけるブラジルサッカー連盟(CBF)とサッカー代表の選手の態度を非難します」と声明を出していた。
この件を受け、U-24ブラジル代表としてプレーしたブルーノ・ギマランイスは深い意味はなかったと謝罪。何も考えずに起こしてしまった行動だと語った。
「多くの幸せを感じた瞬間、それは大きなエクスタシーとなる妻や家族にも電話していた。その後、日本人スタッフがドレッシングルームに入ってきて、「この後、表彰台に立つだけです」と言っていたんだ」
「それがどれほどの規模か分かっていたら、きっとやらなかっただろう。どんなアスリートも軽蔑はしたくなかった」
「僕たちはオリンピックの精神を持ち、ホテルに集まり、他の競技も観た。もちろん、僕たちは間違いを犯したので謝罪する」
また、決勝でもゴールを決めたマテウス・クーニャも謝罪。無意識で傷つけるつもりはなかったとした。
「それは定まっていた判断ではなく、一瞬のエクスタシーだった。悪意があったわけではないけど、僕たちのせいでもし被害を受けた人が居るのなら、僕たちが望んだことではないから謝罪する」
「僕たちは全てのブラジル人選手を応援している。チーム・ブラジルの一員であったことを、とても誇りに思っている」
「全く無意識の判断で、誰も傷つけるつもりはなかった。申し訳ありません」
一方で、キャプテンでもあったオーバーエイジのDFダニエウ・アウベスは自身のインスタグラムを通じて反論。意志を持って来なかったとした。
「チームのキャプテンとして、僕は他のスポーツの選手の意見を全て尊重する。ただ、僕たちもスポーツの中で受け入れられないことがある」
「僕たちは、誰かと違うことをしたいわけではない。ただ、ある種の押し付けは受け入れられない」
「自分のスポーツに対して何かを要求するときは、僕たちのスポーツを尊重してほしい。例え、僕たちがスポーツの中に平等、あるいは少なくともバランスがあることを前提としていたとしてもだ」
「僕たちは他のスポーツを批判する主張をしたのではなく、自分たちの要求を守るために、しっかりとした基盤を作らなければならない。ありがとう」
また、この件には「PEAK」も反応。公式インスタグラムで男子サッカーでの金メダルを祝福しながらも、この問題が大きな話題にならないことを願うとクギを刺していた。
「ブラジルのサッカーチームを祝福します。しかし、この衝突が明日のみだりにならないことを願います。ナイキがピークの2時ブランドであり、我々が同じ会社の一員であるという噂が出ていることを確認しました」
「我々は別の会社であり、ナイキのシャツとピークの表彰台のパンツを組み合わせるつもりなどありませんでした。これはクレイジーな噂です」
「誰かがこの責任を負い、ナイキを恥ずかし状況に追い込んだことについても責任を負う必要があります」
「我々はピーク、彼らはナイキ。これは我々のサッカーチームの表彰式です。全てが明確になったことを願っています。とにかく、選手たちはおめでとうございます」
なお、現時点でCBFはこの件に関して声明を1つも発表していない状況。スポンサー契約の問題もあるため、最悪の場合は法廷闘争になる可能性もあるが、どのような結末を迎えるだろうか。

ブラジル代表FWネイマールに悲劇が続いている。
今夏パリ・サンジェルマン(PSG)からサウジ・プロ・リーグのアル・ヒラルへと完全移籍したネイマール。カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)後の今年2月に足首のじん帯を損傷。手術を受けてプレーできずにいた。
その後復帰したネイマールだったが、10月17日に行われた北中米ワールドカップ南米予選第4節のウルグアイ代表戦で負傷交代。チャージを受けて踏ん張ろうとした際につまづいて転倒。左ヒザを押さえて倒れ込み、両チームの選手が心配してすぐに駆け寄る形となった。
ネイマールは左ヒザの前十字じん帯断裂および半月板損傷の重傷を負い、ブラジルで手術。復帰まではかなりの時間を要することとなったが、無事に成功したという。
サウジアラビア『Al Riyadiah』によれば、ネイマールはアル・ヒラルの外国人選手リストから外されたとのこと。長期間プレーできないことから、他の選手のために枠を空けることになったという。
『アル・リヤディア』は「クラブに近い関係者」の話として伝えている。
ジョルジェ・ジェズス監督は、1月に左サイドバックに外国人選手を補強したいものの、8人の外国人枠を空ける必要があり、最低6カ月はプレーできないとみられるネイマールに枠を使う必要はない。
アル・ヒラルには、ネイマール以外にモロッコ代表GKボノ、セネガル代表DFカリドゥ・クリバリ、ポルトガル代表MFルベン・ネヴェス、セルビア代表MFセルゲイ・ミリンコビッチ=サビッチ、ブラジル代表FWマウコム、セルビア代表FWアレクサンダル・ミトロビッチ、ブラジル人FWミシャエウが外国人選手として所属している。
ケガが大きな悲劇ではあるが、7日にはかつて交際していたモデルのルアナ・アンドラーデさんが29歳で他界する訃報。脂肪吸引の施術を受けていた際に脳卒中を起こして亡くなったという。
さらに、同日には生後1カ月の娘とパートナーのブルーナ・ビアンカルディさんが強盗被害に。誘拐の可能性もあったとされるが、こちらは高級ハンドバックや時計、宝石などを盗まれるにとどまっていた。
自身について悪いことが連続して起きているネイマール。日本式に言えば、お祓いに行く必要があるかもしれない。
