ブラジル代表FWネイマールの頭に引退の二文字がちらついたようだ。
『Netflix』で配信されるサウジ・プロ・リーグのこれまでを追ったドキュメンタリー『Saudi Pro League: Kickoff』で選手復帰を諦めかけたと話す。
「目が覚めると、諦めたくなる日もあった。正直に言うと、このケガはキャリアで最もショックなものだった。最初の1カ月は本当に悲しく、精神的にも落ち込んだ。深刻で長期のケガなのはわかっていた。傍観者であり続けるのはつらかったよ」
その活力になったのが周りの存在で、「愛する人や、家族、友人がそばにいなかったら、あんなケガから復帰するのは難しかったはず」とも。そして、こう続けた。
「本当に心も身体もおかしくなるんだ。僕はもう20歳じゃない。ケガをしたときは31歳だ。友人や、家族がそばにいてくれて本当に感謝している」

昨夏からアル・ヒラルに活躍の場を移したが、昨年10月の代表戦で左ヒザの前十字じん帯および、半月板断裂の大ケガ。10月21日のAFCチャンピオンズリーグエリート(ACLE)で369日ぶりに復帰した。今月に入ってのACLEで右ハムストリングを痛め、また新たな試練に直面するが、1年以上もかけて治した昨年10月の大ケガはキャリアでかなりきついものだったという。「目が覚めると、諦めたくなる日もあった。正直に言うと、このケガはキャリアで最もショックなものだった。最初の1カ月は本当に悲しく、精神的にも落ち込んだ。深刻で長期のケガなのはわかっていた。傍観者であり続けるのはつらかったよ」

デ・ブライネがサウジアラビア移籍について言及…年俸は117.8億円?「信じられないほどの金額を稼げる」

再離脱のネイマールに退団を要求か? 132.7億円も出場7試合、アル・ヒラルが早期の契約解除に動く可能性…年内にも決着か
長期離脱から復帰後すぐに再離脱となってしまったブラジル代表FWネイマール(32)だが、アル・ヒラルはネイマールとの関係を終えたいようだ。ブラジル『UOL』が伝えた。 2023年8月にパリ・サンジェルマン(PSG)から約8000万ユーロ(約132億7000万円)の移籍金でサウジアラビアのアル・ヒラルへと完全移籍したネイマール。しかし、ブラジル代表の活動中に左ヒザ前十字じん帯損傷と半月板断裂の重傷を負い、約1年間ピッチを離れていた。 そのネイマールは、10月21日に行われたAFCチャンピオンズリーグエリート(ACLE)のリーグステージ第3節のアル・アイン戦に出場し復帰。サウジアラビアでのキャリアをやっと歩み出せるかと思われたが、4日に行われたACLE第4節のエステグラル戦で途中出場も右ハムストリングを痛めて途中交代となっていた。 本人は重傷ではないとしていた中、クラブは検査の結果を発表。右ハムストリングの肉離れとし、4〜6週間の離脱になると見られている。 1年間プレーしていなかったこともあり、その反動も考えられれるが、大金を叩いて獲得したにも関わらず、ここまでたったの7試合1ゴール1アシストという状況。完全に不良債権化してしまっている状況だ。 ネイマールとの契約は2025年夏までとなっているが、チーム内ではすでに不要論も飛び出しており、早期の契約解除を求める可能性が浮上している。 理事会とジョルジェ・ジェズス監督はすでに話を進めており、今年中に契約を終え、1月の移籍市場で放出する考えがあるとのこと。いみじくも、ネイマールがいなくてもサウジ・プロ・リーグでは開幕8連勝を収め、9戦無敗と絶好調を維持している。 サウジ・プロ・リーグは各クラブ8人まで外国籍選手の登録が認められているが、ネイマールは無駄に1枠を埋める形になっている状況。昨年はケガの直後に登録を外され影響を与えなかったが、この状態では不要とされるのは当然の状況。最後通告が与えられる可能性があるようだ。 2024.11.08 23:05 Fri
