フライブルクが生え抜きのベテランMFヘフラーと契約延長

フライブルクは19日、ドイツ人MFニコラス・ヘフラー(34)との契約延長を発表した。

フライブルクの下部組織出身のヘフラーは2010年にトップチームへ昇格。エルツゲビルゲ・アウエへの武者修行を経て、2013年からトップチームに定着すると、守備的MFの中心選手としてここまで351試合14ゴール26アシストを記録している。

34歳のベテランとして迎えた今シーズンは、準主力としてここまで公式戦10試合に醜状している。

新契約にサインしたヘフラーは公式サイトで以下のように喜びを語った。

｢フライブルクは20年近く僕の競技上のホームというだけでなく、、それ以上の場所になっている。僕はまだ、ここでみんなと一緒に力を発揮し、目標を達成したいと思っている。そのために全力を尽くすつもりだし、契約延長を喜んでいる｣
