サンタ・クララでプレーするMF三竿健斗(27)から、古巣のサポーターへのメッセージが届いた。2022年12月にポルトガルのサンタ・クララへの完全移籍が発表され、自身初となる海外挑戦に臨んだ三竿。シーズン途中の加入ながら17試合に出場したが、チームはプリメーラ・リーガで最下位に沈み、2部降格を喫した。
オフには妻の後藤晴菜さんと、人生初のマドリード旅行へ。休息の後に帰国し、11日に行われた明治安田生命J1リーグ第17節、鹿島アントラーズvs湘南ベルマーレには、上田綺世(セルクル・ブルージュ)とともに古巣のホームゲームへ顔を出した。

鹿島の樋口雄太が挙式!ウエディングドレス姿の妻やリングボーイの愛息らと幸せオーラ全開に

親子揃って「6」がお好き? 中田浩二氏の息子のマスクは鹿島の「6番」、本人も反応「嬉しすぎます。頑張ります」

代行指揮で3勝1敗、リーグ戦ラストマッチの鹿島・岩政大樹コーチがここまでを振り返る「一体感は作れた」
鹿島アントラーズの岩政大樹コーチが、ヴィッセル神戸戦を振り返った。 11日、明治安田生命J1リーグ第4節の神戸vs鹿島が行われ、0-2で鹿島が勝利した。 レネ・ヴァイラー監督の来日が決まり、今節がリーグ戦で最後の代行指揮となる岩政コーチ。連勝を目指すチームはCBを入れ替えるなど手を打つと、その2人が結果を残す。 CKの流れから、クロスをファーサイドでブエノがヘッドで折り返すと、菊池流帆との競り合いを制した三竿健斗がヘディングで合わせて鹿島が先制する。 神戸は5戦未勝利ということもある中、なかなか攻撃の形を作れず。0-1で鹿島がリードしたまま迎えた後半は、土居聖真のクロスを上田綺世が競り勝って落とすと、後方から走り込んだ鈴木優磨が叩きつけるミドルシュート。浮いたボールがGK飯倉大樹の上を超えてネットを揺らし0-2。そのまま鹿島が逃げ切り勝利を収めた。 代行指揮を執りリーグ戦は3勝1敗とした岩政コーチは、試合後のオンライン会見で「2-0というスコアは試合前に選手たちと目指していたので、非常に良かったです」とコメント。「僕が(レネ・ヴァイラー)監督に引き渡す前に連勝したいというのを言っていて、達成してくれた選手たちに感謝しています」と、しっかりと連勝できたことを喜んだ。 また「サポーターの皆さんにも拙い新米コーチを支えてくれて感謝しています」とコメント。ホームでの拙い試合などを見せたこともあるが、支えてくれたことに感謝した。 試合については「開始早々に点が取れたことが、逆に足取りを重くしたのか、狙った形は前半はほとんどできませんでした」とゴール以外は不満の内容に。「後半整理するために攻守どちらも修正をかけて、ある程度コントロールできたかなと思います」と、後半は良い戦いができたと手応えがあったようだ。 ここまでの結果については「4試合で勝ち点9は内容的には色々あると思いますが、選手たちが今日の試合の勝ち方を見つけて結果を残せたことは評価してあげたいと思います」と、まずまずの結果を残した選手たちを評価した。 前述の通り、この試合ではブエノと三竿のセンターバックコンビを採用した。「健斗に関してはキャンプからボランチとどちらも挑戦してもらうと言っていました。最初は苦労したと思いますが、徐々にフィットして、パフォーマンスを含めて十分任せられると思っていて、当初からスタメンで起用すると決めていました」と、予定通りの起用だったとコメント。「リーダーシップによって安心感がチームに生まれているので、マネジメントでも助けられました」とパフォーマンスを高く評価した。 また「ブエノはキャンプで出遅れて、コンディション作るのに時間かかりましたが、最近はまとまったトレーニングが集中してできていました」とコメント。「今日の試合か次の大分のどちらかで使おうと思っていましたが、今日起用して非常に良かったです」と無失点に抑えたパフォーマンスを評価した。 さらに「サッカー人生の中で大きなチャンスだと言っていましたが、彼はそれを掴み取りました。ここからCBは競争が始まるということ。パフォーマンスも素晴らしかったです」と、センターバックのチョイスが1枚増えたことを喜んだ。 監督代行としてキャンプから指揮をしてきた岩政コーチだが、一旦はここで区切りがつく。「ルヴァンまであるか分からないので、監督が次やってくれるか分からないですが、リーグ戦はここで一区切りということは選手たちに伝えました。連勝で終わりたいと伝えて、応えてくれたことは嬉しかったです」と、最後にしっかり勝ってくれたことを感謝した。 鈴木はゴール後に岩政コーチの元に走り、抱き合うパフォーマンスを見せていが、「優磨を含めて僕との接し方は難しかったと思います。新しく来て、監督代行を務め、僕もですが彼らも戸惑ったと思います」と選手たちの心情を予想。「ただ、ついてきてくれて、楽しそうにサッカーしてくれて、それが勝ちにつながった。優磨のパフォーマンスもそうですが、指導者としても嬉しい瞬間でした」と、自身に駆け寄って喜んでくれたことは嬉しかったようだ。 一定の結果を残したが、岩政コーチはまだまだチームには満足していない。「まだまだです。もっと自信を持ってプレッシャーを外していけることを目指していましたが、そこまで至らなかったなと」と語ったが「彼らが新しいサッカーに前向きに取り組んで、楽しんでくれて、僕の言葉をしっかり消化してくれて、自分たちのサッカーを新しく作ろうと気概をもって取り組んでくれました。一体感は作れたと思います」と、チームとして1つになることはできたと手応えがあるようだ。 今後合流するヴァイラー監督に対しては「チームの雰囲気は良い形で作れている」と伝えるとのこと。「監督が色々なオプションを持てるように、ここまでの4試合でシステムやオプションを色々使いました」と、監督合流後のことも考えていたと言い、「3勝利1敗戦ということだけじゃなく、色々なシステムを使うことも選手にやってもらったので、ここからのチーム作りはスタッフとしても楽しみです」と、更なる成長に、今度はコーチとして関わる楽しみを待っているようだ。 2022.03.11 22:19 Fri

水頭症の治療も及ばず他界した工藤壮人に古巣が追悼…カナダからもメッセージ「一番辛い仕事」、「信じられません」

「泣いちゃった…」「絶対に忘れません」急逝の工藤壮人、『DAZN』が追悼映像を公開「本当にありがとう」
