性的暴行疑惑の元ブラジル代表DFダニエウ・アウベス、2度目の保釈請求も却下

性的暴行容疑をかけられている元ブラジル代表DFダニエウ・アウベスだが、2度目の保釈請求も却下されたようだ。スペイン『マルカ』が伝えた。

事件は2022年12月30日の早朝に発生。アウベスはバルセロナのナイトクラブで23歳の女性に対して性的暴行を行ったとされ逮捕。容疑がかけられている段階ではあるが、選手と被害者の話を聞いた裁判所が逃亡の危険性があると判断し、刑務所に収監されることが決まった。

その後の検査で被害者女性の体内や衣服、ナイトクラブの床から採取した体液が、アウベスのDNAと一致。保釈を求めていたが、当然却下されることとなった。

アウベスは当初、女性との性行為はしていないと発言していたが、その後に発言を変更。当初は、妻との離別を恐れて嘘をついていたが、互いに合意の上であったと証言していた。

そのアウベスは、2度目の保釈請求を提出。2月に1度請求し却下されていたが、改めて訴えたものの2度目も却下されていたという。

今夏の理由も、アウベスが保有する資産の関係で、簡単に逃亡できるリスクがあるとのことだ。また、ブラジルとの間で、犯人を引き渡す条約が締結されいないことも保釈を認めない理由の1つとされた。

「恐ろしい数カ月だった…」レイプ疑惑で逮捕されたダニエウ・アウベス、妻が離別を報告「これからもずっと彼を愛します」

セネガルがマネの2ゴールでブラジルとの打ち合いに逆転勝利!《国際親善試合》

「なぜ揃えなかった?」ブラジル代表の新ユニフォームはバランスが良くない?エンブレムが中央に配置され左右非対称に「ナイキのロゴも寄せてくれ」
