リヨンのアルゼンチン代表DFニコラス・タグリアフィコが、13日に行われるカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)準決勝クロアチア代表戦を前日に控えた会見に臨んだ。

ここまで控えが続いているタグリアフィコだが、クロアチア戦ではDFマルコス・アクーニャが累積警告のため出場停止に。そのめタグリアフィコが左サイドで起用されることが濃厚となっている。大一番に臨むタグリアフィコは以下のように意気込みを語った。

｢苦しめられることは承知だ。僕らは準備を整え、準決勝を勝ち上がるのに十分なクアオリティを示さなければならない。ビッグチーム、ビッグプレーヤーによるとても難しい試合になるだろう。モドリッチたちのような素晴らしい才能の選手たちと試合をするのは喜びだよ。そんな彼らを攻略するのに何ができるかを考えなければならない。そして自分たちのプレーに集中する必要がある｣
また、チームを牽引するFWリオネル・メッシについては次のように話した。

｢彼は僕らのキャプテンでリーダーだよ。ピッチでは僕らに特別なアドバンテージをもたらしてくれる。メッシが居ることが大きなモチベーションだ。彼と共にプレーできて本当に幸せだし、メッシと一緒に夢を実現させたい｣

CLグループステージ初参戦のアントワープ、アヤックスから蘭代表DFワインダルを獲得

メッシと妻は30年来の仲、幼馴染の2人が結ばれW杯で優勝するまで

54歳バティストゥータ氏がチャリティーマッチでゴール!4年前には左足首を人工関節に置換

「史上最高のセーブ」「神の脚」アルゼンチン代表GKマルティネスが優勝呼び込むセーブの左脚にW杯トロフィーのタトゥー…しかし注目は4本に見える指に「どこに行った?」
