C・ロナウド、メッシを超える2兆円の財産を持つ男がタイ1部のチョンブリーに加入

世界で最も裕福なサッカー選手として話題を呼んだ選手がクビになっていたことが判明。しかし、すでに新たなクラブが見つかっていた。高収入のサッカー選手として思い浮かべられるのは、マンチェスター・ユナイテッドのポルトガル代表FWクリスティアーノ・ロナウドやパリ・サンジェルマンのアルゼンチン代表FWリオネル・メッシといったところだろう。

彼らはサラリーも去ることながら、スポンサー収入などが多く、C・ロナウドは年収が100億円を超えると言われ、総資産額は約3億6300万ポンド(約560億円)とされている。
しかし、世界で最も裕福な選手は130億ポンド(約2兆円)もの財産を持つ男。ブルネイ・ダルサラーム代表FWファイク・ボルキア(23)だ。

世界で最も裕福な国とも言われるブルネイ出身のボルキアだが、石油王でもあり、スルターン(国王、皇帝)の称号を与えられている叔父から相続した財産が130億ポンドとされている。
父親はブルネイの王子・ジェフリ・ボルキア。月に3500万ポンド(約54億円)を使うほど豪遊していると言われ、過去には約1250万ポンド(約20億円)を投じてマイケル・ジャクソン氏のプライベート・コンサートを開いたとされていた。

ボルキア自身は、アメリカ・ロサンゼルスで生まれ、育成年代ではアーセナルやチェルシーで過ごし、レスター・シティを経て2020年夏にマリティモへと加入。しかし、今月頭に解雇されていた。

マリティモでの出番がなかったボルキアだが、新天地はタイに決定。24日にタイリーグ1のチョンブリーFCへの入団が発表されていた。

今シーズンのタイリーグ1ではブリーラム・ユナイテッド、バンコクユナイテッドに続いて3位につけている状況。シーズンは残り半分があるが、上手くいけばAFCチャンピオンズリーグ(ACL)でその姿を見ることができるかもしれない。

「高価な食べ物はない」ギネス記録樹立、C・ロナウドのあの肉体の秘訣を専属シェフが明かす

元日に日本代表と対戦するタイ代表メンバーが決定! 石井正忠監督率いる中、スパチョークやエカニットらJリーガーも
