マンチェスター・シティのDFアイメリク・ラポルテ(26)のスペイン国籍取得が、国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)に無事承認されたようだ。フランス『レキップ』が報じている。
フランス南西部の出身でバスクにルーツのあるラポルテは、フランスとスペインの両国籍を持つ。アンダー年代ではフランス代表としてプレーし、2016年10月のA代表初招集の以降、三度の招集を受けていたが、これまで出場機会はない状況だった。
そこに目を付けたスペインサッカー連盟(RFEF)はラポルテとコンタクトを取り、スペイン代表としてプレーできるよう働きかけていることが、スペイン『マルカ』の報道で先日明らかに。そしてこの度、その認可がFIFAから正式に下りたことで、晴れてスペイン代表でプレーする権利を得た。
FIFAのスポークスマンが『AFP』にしたコメントによると、この承認は「即時性」を持つもので、ラポルテはすでにラ・ロパでプレーできる資格があるとのこと。6月15日にはユーロ2020の初戦を迎えるルイス・エンリケ監督率いるスペイン代表にとって、心強い戦力が加わることになった。
なお、スペイン代表の直近の試合は6月5日に行われるポルトガル代表との親善試合となっている。

今夏の移籍市場で大暴れをして見せたのはサウジアラビアのクラブたち。豊富な資金力を見せつけ、ヨーロッパから数々の選手を獲得した。 突如現れた脅威とも言えるサウジアラビア。これまでも数人の選手が移籍していたが、ここまで実績と知名度を誇り、キャリアの最盛期にいる選手が移籍を果たしたのは初めてのことだ。 Jリーグからも名古屋グランパスのFWマテウス・カストロがアル・タアーウンへと移籍。横浜F・マリノスのFWアンデルソン・ロペスも狙われていると報道があったほど。そのターゲットは世界各国に向いている。 そんなサウジアラビアの移籍市場も7日をもって終了。ヨーロッパのクラブ、特にプレミアリーグのクラブにとっては脅威であった市場が閉じた中、話題をさらった移籍市場の動きをまとめてみた。 <span class="paragraph-subtitle">◆移籍金の総額は約1510億8000万円</span> 衝撃的な移籍を繰り返していたサウジ・プロ・リーグのクラブたち。『Transfermarkt』のデータによれば、今夏の移籍市場で費やした移籍金の総額は、9億5438万ユーロ(約1510億8000万円)にものぼるという。 2カ月ちょっとの移籍期間でこれほどまでの投資ができる資金力は、世界のどの国を見ても考えられないこと。一時期話題になっていたカタールも、ここまで投資できず、一昔前に“爆買い”が話題になった中国スーパーリーグでも、この規模は不可能だった。 衝撃の投資額だが、その87%はある4クラブが占めているという。それは、アル・ヒラル、アル・ナスル、アル・アハリ、アル・イテハド。サウジアラビアの政府系ファンド「PIF」の傘下に入った4クラブであり、プレミアリーグのニューカッスルも傘下に入っている。 国家を挙げての強化体制を敷き、基本的なビッグネームの移籍はこの4クラブが中心。一部アル・イテファク、アル・シャバブといったクラブも選手を獲得したが、目立っているのは4クラブということだ。 今夏の移籍市場が開く前に行われた4クラブのグループ化は、世界のサッカーに大きな影響を与えることに。中でも、アル・ヒラルが群を抜いて投資しており、投資額は3億5310万ユーロ(約558億6000万円)となっている。当然のことだが、この金額は世界中のどのクラブよりも多い事になる。 ちなみに、2位はアル・アハリで1億9750万ユーロ(約312億1000万円)、3位はアル・ナスルで1億6510万ユーロ(約261億円)、4位はアル・イテハドで1億1939万ユーロ(約188億8000万円)となっている。 <span class="paragraph-subtitle">◆欧州から大量の戦力が流出</span> 移籍金を最も投じたアル・ヒラルが獲得した選手は、FWネイマール(パリ・サンジェルマン)、FWマウコム(ゼニト)、MFルベン・ネヴェス(ウォルバーハンプトン)、FWアレクサンダル・ミトロビッチ(フルアム)、MFセルゲイ・ミリンコビッチ=サビッチ(ラツィオ)、DFカリドゥ・クリバリ(チェルシー)、GKボノ(セビージャ)となっている。どの選手も代表チームでプレーしており、ヨーロッパでも実績のある選手だ。 ちなみに、2位のアル・アハリはスペインの新星とも言われたMFガブリ・ベイガ(セルタ)を獲得し驚かせた他、MFリヤド・マフレズ(マンチェスター・シティ)、DFロジェール・イバニェス(ローマ)、FWアラン・サン=マクシマン(ニューカッスル)、DFめリフ・デミラル(アタランタ)、GKエドゥアール・メンディ(チェルシー)、MFフランク・ケシエ(バルセロナ)を獲得した。なお移籍金はかかっていないが、FWロベルト・フィルミノもリバプールから獲得している。 その他にも、FWカリム・ベンゼマ(レアル・マドリー→アル・イテハド)、FW左ディオ・マネ(バイエルン→アル・ナスル)、MFジョーダン・ヘンダーソン(リバプール→アル・イテファク)、MFファビーニョ(リバプール→アル・イテハド)、DFアイメリク・ラポルテ(マンチェスター・シティ→アル・ナスル)など挙げればキリがない。 欧州のビッグクラブから30歳前後の選手が大量に流出した今夏の移籍市場。各クラブも資金力では対抗できず、非常に苦しい夏を過ごすこととなった。 <span class="paragraph-subtitle">◆移籍期間の差が大きな懸念点にも</span> 選手たちを引き抜かれるクラブたちだが、その分高額な移籍金を手にすることができるため、戦力ダウンというだけではないのも事実。余剰戦力や、世代交代での選手の入れ替え、選手獲得のための資金調達など、様々な思惑も影響した結果、大量の移籍が実現したとも言える。 例えば、ネイマールはパリ・サンジェルマン(PSG)にとっては完全な不良債権となってしまっていた。ファンからも退団を求められ、ピッチ上のパフォーマンス以外には大きな不満を持たれていた中、売りに出せる状況であれば手放したいと考えたのがPSG。その結果、9000万ユーロ(約142億2000万円)という大金と引き換えに移籍することとなった。 思惑が一致するという点では一定の成果があるが、問題は移籍期間の差。ヨーロッパの主要リーグは9月1日で市場が閉まったが、サウジアラビアは7日まで開いていた。この1週間にわたる差が、大きな悩みとなる。 ヨーロッパの主要リーグのクラブとすれば、補強ができなくなったタイミングで主力選手が退団する可能性があるということ。実際には、リバプールがエースであるエジプト代表FWモハメド・サラーを狙われ、総額2億ポンド(約368億5000万円)もの金額を提示されたが拒否した。このタイミングで抜かれては、チームは冬まで補強ができないため、大きな痛手となってしまう。 一方で、移籍市場が閉鎖した後に余剰戦力を売却できるというメリットも少なからずある。チームとして現金化したい選手を手放すためにはうってつけ。他のリーグよりも高額な移籍金を手にするチャンスがあるということだ。メリットもデメリットもあるが、今後はこの期間の差も大きな争点となる可能性がある。 <span class="paragraph-subtitle">◆冬の移籍市場はどうなる?</span> ひとまず、突如発生した夏の脅威は去ることとなった。ただ、4カ月後にはまた同じ状況が来ないとは言い切れない。特に2024年夏に契約が切れる選手に関しては、1月になれば自由に交渉が可能。夏にフリーで手放す可能性が発生し、高額な報酬でオファーを受ければ、太刀打ちできない可能性が高い。 クラブとしては1月までにチームに留めたい選手との契約延長に動く必要があり、その動きはこれから活発になる可能性がある。セルティックの日本代表MF旗手怜央もターゲットに上がっていただけに、ヨーロッパで活躍すれば日本人もターゲットになり得るということだ。 選手側も今夏の移籍には懐疑的であったとしても、この半年の様子を窺って考えを変える可能性が出ないとは言い切れない。よく知る選手からの勧誘があれば、移籍を希望する可能性もある。多くのクラブは、再び警戒心を高めていく必要がありそうだ。 そしてこれはJリーグにとっても関係ない話ではない。マテウスが移籍したように、市場としてJリーグも見られているということ。助っ人が引き抜かれる可能性は十二分にある。サラリーで対抗しようと思っても、まずそこで立ち向かえるクラブは存在しないはずだ。 加えて、サウジ・プロ・リーグのクラブはAFCチャンピオンズリーグ(ACL)に出場する。今シーズンはアル・フェイハ、アル・イテハド、アル・ヒラル、アル・ナスルが出場するが、超大型補強をしたクラブのうち3チームが出場しており、今後はより多くの選手が来る可能性も。外国人枠の撤廃など、ACLのレギュレーションも変化するだけに、ヨーロッパのスター選手とアジアの舞台で対戦する可能性も高まりそうだ。 《超ワールドサッカー編集部・菅野剛史》 <span class="paragraph-title">【移籍選手リスト】サウジ・プロ・リーグに移籍した選手リスト(一部抜粋)</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> ※チームは移籍金支払額が多い順 ■アル・ヒラル:3億5310万ユーロ(約558億6000万円) <div style="text-align:center;"><img class="lazyload" data-src="https://image.ultra-soccer.jp/1200/img/2023/saudi20230908_tw3.jpg" style="max-width:100%; バルセロナの10代コンビらスペイン代表候補29名が発表! 指揮官はケガなどのリスクを考慮し期限までに熟考へ 【ユーロ2024】

「ラポルテの足跡は辿らない」つもりが… スペイン国籍取得進めるフランス人DFの分岐点とは?

ポジション失ったラポルテ、シティ退団を希望しバルサ行きか?

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

「王者として重要な大会を戦わなければ」代表招集拒否のスペイン女子代表選手たちの声明、同意しなかったW杯優勝メンバーが理由を明かす「私は何よりもプレーしたい」
レアル・マドリーのスペイン女子代表FWアテネア・デル・カスティージョが、同意しなかった声明について自身の考えを明かした。 オーストラリ&ニュージーランド女子ワールドカップ(W杯)で見事に優勝したスペイン女子代表。しかし、メダルが授与されるセレモニーでスペインサッカー連盟(RFEF)のルイス・ルビアレス会長がFWジェニファー・エルモソの唇にキス。これが大きな問題に発展した。 エルモソは望んでいないキスをされたとすると、世界中で批判がルビアレス会長に集中することに。しかし、ルビアレス会長は自身の行動を一度は謝罪するも、「合意の上だった」「辞任する気はない」と主張を繰り返すことに。ただ、国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)から懲戒処分を受けると、エルモソも正式に告訴。その結果、会長を辞任することとなった。 一方で、スペイン代表の選手たちや候補選手たちは連盟で改善がない限り代表招集に応じない意向を発表。RFEFはホルヘ・ビルダ監督も解任し、体制が変わったRFEFだったが、UEFA女子ネーションズリーグに向けたメンバーが発表される予定の15日に、39名の選手が更なる改善を要求し代表招集を拒否する声明を発表していた。 これにより、スペイン女子代表メンバー発表は延期されることとなった、女子W杯優勝メンバーのうち2人が声明にサインしていなかった。1人は、レアル・マドリーのMFクラウディア・ソルノサだったが、女子W杯をもって代表引退を決意したとのこと。もう1人が、カスティージョだった。 カスティージョは自身のX(旧ツイッター)を通じて、自身が声明に同意しなかった理由を説明。ルビアレス元会長の行為やRFEFの体制に対しての不満や訴えには同意しているものの、まずは代表選手としてプレーすることが大事だと考えていると明かした。 「ここ数時間の出来事を受け、私の意見と決断を下した全ての理由を述べたいと思う」 「今回発表された声明を掘り下げる前に、私の考えを明確にしておきたいと思う。仲間がすでに述べているように、ジェニ・エルモソに起こった全てのことを非難し、ルイス・ルビアレスの全く場違いで遺憾な行動を指摘することに、私は完全に同意する」 「このため、私は他の80人の選手たちと共に、この事件を非難する声明に署名し、ルイス・ルビアレスが引き続きその職に就くならば、代表チームに行かないと表明した」 「この声明とその後の出来事の後、誰もが知るように、ルイス・ルビアレスとホルヘ・ビルダはもはやRFEFにいない。ただ、ネーションズリーグの戦いが近いこと、そして私たちの要求の重要な部分が満たされていることを考慮すると、代表チームへの招集を断ることは考えていない。その主張を明確に示したいと思う」 「まず第一に、私たちはサッカー選手。ここ数週間に起こったことを考慮すると、それを思い出しておいて損はない。私たちはプロフェッショナルとして、その義務を果たさなければならない」 「第二に、私たちが要求する変化には名前と姓があり、それらを引き起こす、または少なくともそれを始めるのに最良の方法は内部からであると私は信じている」 「もちろん、それは必要だと思うけど、RFEFが全く不確実な状況にあることも承知しているし、現時点で指揮を執っている人たちを信頼したいと思っている。私たちは、そのために指定されたわけではないため、選手が私たちが求めているこれらの変更を行うことはできないことは明らかだ」 「また、オリンピック出場のチャンスを与えてくれる非常に重要な大会を戦わなければならないと思う。私たちは世界王者のチームであり、それを忘れてはいけない。選手たちは皆、スペインのスポーツ界で最も重要な偉業の1つを達成した後、酷い数週間を過ごした。私は特にサッカーに行きたい、サッカーを見たい、そして何よりもプレーしたいと思っている」 「要するに、私は自分が考えていること、やりたいことを表明し他のであり、それ以上でもそれ以下でもない。この状況を完全に終わらせて、サッカーのことだけを考え、プレーし、見て、楽しむことに戻りたいと思っている」 2023.09.16 19:30 Sat

W杯優勝スペイン女子代表の新指揮官にモンセ・トメ氏! 同代表で初の女性指揮官に
スペインサッカー連盟(RFEF)は5日、スペイン女子代表の新監督にモンセ・トメ氏(41)を招へいしたことを発表した。 スペインは先のFIFA女子ワールドカップ(W杯)オーストラリア&ニュージーランド2023で初優勝を飾った。 しかし、ルイス・ルビアレス会長によるFWジェニファー・エルモソへの唇へのキスが引き起こした不祥事の一環として、ホルヘ・ビルダ監督(42)の解任を決断していた。 そういった中、ルビアレス会長の停職処分を受けて新たに設立された理事会は、ビルダ監督の後任に元スペイン女子代表MFで、2018年から同監督の下でアシスタントコーチを務めていたトメ氏の招へいを決定した。 現役時代にレアル・オビエド、レバンテ、バルセロナでプレーしたトメ氏は、スペイン女子代表としても通算4試合に出場した。 2012年の現役後は指導者としてのセカンドキャリアをスタートし、ビルダ監督の下でアシスタントコーチを務める傍ら、U-17スペイン女子代表、U-20スペイン女子代表の指導も行っていた。 なお、スペイン女子代表で初の女性指揮官となるトメ氏は、今月22日と26日に開催されるUEFA女子ネーションズリーグのスウェーデン女子代表戦、スイス女子代表戦で初陣を飾ることになる。 2023.09.06 06:00 Wed
