この試合で先発出場したGKケパは、ポルトガル代表の切り替えの早さに苦しんだと話し、改善の余地があると主張。それでもチームの成長に自信を持っているとコメントしている。

「非常に激しい試合だった。前半はより多くセーブする場面があった。次にポルトガルのトランジションがより困難にした。でも、良いテストだった。僕たちは満足しなければいけない」

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン
