どれだけゴールを重ねている名選手でも、初めてのゴールは印象深いはず。今回の企画『FIRST GOALS』では、選手たちが各クラブで初めて決めたゴールを紹介していく。今回は元スペイン代表MFセスク・ファブレガスがモナコで決めた最初のゴールだ。
バルセロナの下部組織で育ったセスクは、アーセナルに引き抜かれ、同クラブでプロデビュー。リーグ屈指のMFとして活躍した後、バルセロナに復帰した。その後チェルシーに加入しプレミアリーグ制覇を成し遂げると、2019年1月に当時ティエリ・アンリ氏(現モントリオール・インパクト監督)が指揮していたモナコに加入した。
優れたテクニックを持つ世界屈指のパサーとして知られるセスクだが、2019年2月2日に行われた、リーグ・アン第23節のトゥールーズ戦では、記念すべきモナコ初ゴールを決めている。
1-1と同点で迎えた63分、FWジェウソン・マルティンスが左サイドからドリブル突破でボックス内に侵入すると、そこからマイナスのボールを入れる。これは相手DFのクリアにあうも、こぼれ球に対し後方から走り込んだセスクがシュートを放つ。豪快なシュートはゴール右上に決まり、見事な勝ち越しゴールとなった。

「イケメンすぎる」「がちでかっこいい」29歳のバースデー、南野拓実が渋谷の街に登場! モナコが公開したオフショットやバッティング姿が話題「いつの間に渋谷にいたんだ」

開幕から絶好調・南野拓実、芸術の街でカメラを構える!? ピッチ上とは違う姿を披露
