バルセロナのFWアンス・ファティがまた一つ偉大な記録を打ち立てた。

3日に行われたUEFAネーションズリーグでドイツ代表と対戦したスペイン代表。今回がフル代表初招集だったファティは後半から投入され念願のデビューを果たした。

17歳308日でのデビューとなったファティは、スペイン代表では史上2番目の若さに。最年少はサン・ロレンツォやデポルティボ・ラ・コルーニャでプレーしたアンヘル・スビエタ氏が1936年に記録した17歳284日。また、ファティと同じバルセロナのカンテーラのであるFWボージャン・クルキッチ(現モントリオール・インパクト)は、18歳13日という3番目の記録を保持している。

なお、ファティはラ・ロハのユニフォームに袖を通した800人目の選手となった。

試合は96分のDFホセ・ルイス・ガヤのゴールで、スペインが1-1の引き分けに持ち込んでいる。

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン
