中国スーパーリーグでは26試合に出場し12ゴール2アシストを記録するなど結果を残していたが、今シーズンは新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)の感染拡大を受けシーズン開幕が大幅に延期。先週末にようやく開幕を迎えていたが、ワグナーは個人的な理由から7月24日に天津泰達との契約を解消していた。

バイエルンの下部組織出身のワグナーは、2007年7月にファーストチームへ昇格。しかし、結果を残せず1年で退団すると、その後は、デュイスブルクやブレーメン、カイザースラウテルン、ヘルタ・ベルリン、ダルムシュタット、ホッフェンハイムと多くのクラブを渡り歩いた。

レヴァンドフスキに幻のバロンドール授与か…主催『フランス・フットボール』が検討との報道

伝説のGKカーンが語る意外な後悔「あそこに移籍すれば良かった」
▽フットボール界のレジェンドである元ドイツ代表GKオリバー・カーン氏が、キャリアにおける後悔として、「マンチェスター・ユナイテッドへの移籍」を挙げた。 ▽カーン氏は現役時代、1994年にカールスルーエから加入したバイエルンで14シーズンにわたって守護神として活躍し、8度のブンデスリーガや2000-01シーズンのチャンピオンズリーグ制覇を経験した。また、ドイツ代表としては86試合に出場し、1996年のユーロ優勝や2002年の日韓ワールドカップ準優勝を経験した。 ▽ドイツ『スポーツ・ビルト』のインタビューに応じたカーン氏は、海外移籍に挑戦してみたかったという思いを吐露し、当時アレックス・ファーガソン氏が率いていたユナイテッドへの移籍についての後悔を口にした。 「アレックス・ファーガソンは未だに私に怒っているんじゃないかな。2003年か2004年、彼は私がユナイテッドに移籍すると思っていただろうからね。でもバイエルンで締めくくることが私にとってより重要だった」 「振り返ってみれば、移籍してみるべきだったと思う。私にとっていい挑戦になったはずだ」 ▽当時ユナイテッドは、2005年にGKエドウィン・ファン・デル・サールが加わるまでGKに確固たる存在を立てることができずにいた時代が続いていた。ファン・デル・サールと共に2007-08シーズンには欧州王者に君臨したユナイテッドだが、カーンが加わっていたらまた大きな違いが生まれていたことだろう。 2017.12.15 14:09 Fri
