鹿島アントラーズは14日、DF関川郁万の負傷を報告した。
関川は3日に行われた明治安田J1リーグ第14節のFC町田ゼルビア戦で負傷。その後の検査の結果、左ヒザ複合じん帯損傷と診断された。

まるで別人!若返り手術をした元Jリーグ指揮官の現在の姿に海外衝撃「誰か分からない」

鈴木優磨が“金髪”にする理由を告白

鹿島ポポヴィッチ監督が海外紙でJリーグのあれこれ語る「大分時代…」「日本人選手が進化」「優勝争いの予測など不可能」
鹿島アントラーズのランコ・ポポヴィッチ監督が、スペイン『Relevo』のインタビューであれこれ語った。 今季からJ1鹿島を率いるポポヴィッチ監督。 ここまでは、リーグ戦第24節を消化して13勝5分け6敗の3位、YBCルヴァンカップは3回戦敗退、天皇杯は8月開催のラウンド16へ進出…という成績となっている。 Jリーグ5クラブ目の指揮として鹿島を率いるポポヴィッチ監督は、来日当初のサンフレッチェ広島時代(2006〜07年)、Jでの初監督となった大分トリニータ時代(09年)を振り返る。 「私は06年以降、何度か期間を空けながらも日本にいるんだ。最初はミハイロ・ペトロヴィッチのアシスタントコーチとして広島で1年半。ミシャは広島、浦和、札幌で700試合以上指揮を執っているんだよ。彼も私も、オーストリアのシュトゥルム・グラーツでプレーしたという共通点がある」 「その後、UEFAプロコーチ・ライセンスを取得するために欧州へ戻り、09年途中に大分へ監督として向かった。私の就任後だけなら、J1の順位は5位あたりだったんだが…来た時点で14連敗の最下位だったチームを救うことはできなかった。大分が非常に困難な時代だ」 大分での約半年(06年7月〜12月)が、Jリーグでの監督キャリア継続に繋がったとも話す。 「結局、大分はJ2へ降格した。だが、当時大分には日本代表にも呼ばれるような選手が5人いてね。うち4人はまだ若く、私はそこでの仕事が今振り返っても好きだった。『日本人フットボーラーと共に仕事をする』ことのイメージを築けたのは大分時代だ」 「この国の精神性に適応することは不可欠だろう。『ボールは丸い、サッカーはサッカー』と言われるが、ボールに触れるヒトをどう扱うかは別問題だ。監督は心を開かねばならない」 また、2024年現在のJリーグ、日本サッカーについても諸々言及する。 「日本のフットボーラーは進化したね。今やヨーロッパの中枢に日本人選手がたくさんいて、国内に残る選手もヨーロッパでのプレーを目標にしている。今いるチームと個人の目標…バランスをとってもらわねばならないが、正しい方向に進んだとは感じているよ」 「彼らにはそもそもの才能があるからね。それも信じられないほどに。技術的には、世界で最も基礎が伴った国のひとつだろう。自発性に欠けるが、物事がうまくいくと、積極性だって増していく。私は選手たちに『最大の間違いは努力しないこと』と毎日言い聞かせているよ」 「ヨーロッパとJリーグを比較? スポンサーシップの点においてラ・リーガなどと比較することはできないが、それでも強力なリーグだ」 「予算はだいたい3000万〜1億ユーロ(約50億〜167億円)か。国家としてのバックアップが充実していて、もし明日から五輪のような主要大会を開催しろと言われても、釘一本打たずして、それを実現できる国だと思うね」 今季のJ1リーグの優勝争いについては、明言を避けつつ、「なんでも起こりうる」とした。 「地球上のどこを見渡しても起こり得ないことが、日本では起きてしまう。詰まるところ、Jリーグに絶対的な優位性を持つチームはないということだ。誰もが誰にでも勝つことができるのだ。だから、勝者を予測するなど不可能だ」 2024.07.26 17:20 Fri
