10月31日に行われたチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)の試合で、今季公式戦のバルセロナの連続得点試合数が途切れている。

CLグループC第4節、敵地でオリンピアコスと対戦したバルセロナは、ギリシャの雄を相手にスコアレスドローを演じた。それまで公式戦14試合で連続得点していた同チームだが、その記録が途切れることになった。

懸念されるのは、FWルイス・スアレスの調子だ。スアレスはオリンピアコス戦で7本のシュートを放った。バルセロナ移籍以降、スアレスが1試合に7本以上のシュートを放ったのは、初めてだった。

だがウルグアイ代表FWはゴールに嫌われ続けた。今季、スアレスはここまで3得点。FWネイマール(現パリ・サンジェルマン)の退団で影響を受けたのは、FWリオネル・メッシではなくスアレスの方なのかもしれない。

フォレストがポルトCBダビド・カルモを獲得今季はオリンピアコスにレンタル

オリンピアコスは9日、ホセ・ルイス・メンディリバル監督(63)との契約を2026年6月30日まで延長したことを発表した。これまでエイバルやアスレティック・ビルバオ、レアル・バジャドリー、オサスナ、レバンテ、アラベス、セビージャで指揮を執ってきたメンディリバル監督は、2024年2月に解任されたカルロス・カルヴァリャル前監督(58)の後任として、オリンピアコス指揮官に就任。オリンピアコスでは、これまで公式戦63試合を指揮し41勝14分け8敗の戦績を残しており、昨季はクラブ史上初となるヨーロッパ・カンファレンスリーグ(ECL)制覇を成し遂げた。なお、今季はここまでギリシャ・スーパーリーグで18勝6分け2敗で首位を快走。2大会ぶりの出場となったヨーロッパリーグ(EL)でもリーグフェーズを7位で通過しラウンド16に進出していた。オリンピアコスは、クラブの公式Xで契約書にサインする場面の写真と動画を添えて｢ホセ・ルイス・メンディリバルがオリンピアコスとの契約を更新した!さらなる成功に向けて一緒に頑張りましょう!｣との声明を投稿している。 2025.03.10 12:30 Mon
