リバプールやブライトン、2部リーグで躍動する19歳アレックス・スコットに関心か
ブリストル・シティのU-20イングランド代表MFアレックス・スコット(19)が各方面から注目を集めているようだ。イギリス『90min』が伝えている。 スコットはチャンピオンシップ(イングランド2部)で躍動する若きセントラルハーフ。下部組織時代から過ごすブリストルで昨シーズンからファーストチーム昇格を果たすと、1年目からリーグ戦で39試合、2年目の今シーズンもここまで40試合に出場している。まさにチームの要だ。 ブリストルとの契約を2025年6月まで残すなか、スコットはシーズン終了後のステップアップを熱望。プレミアリーグからはリバプールやブライトン&ホーヴ・アルビオン、ニューカッスル、ブレントフォード、リーズ・ユナイテッドなどが関心を寄せているという。 また、イングランド以外からも注目が集まっているようで、RBライプツィヒ、モナコ、アタランタ、ボローニャもスコットを注視。この4クラブはスコットが先月末にU-20イングランド代表として出場した試合にスカウトを派遣していたとのことだ。 ブリストルが要求すると考えられているのは3000万ポンド(約51億4000万円)。チームを率いるナイジェル・ピアソン監督はつい先日、スコットについて「まだ19歳なのに、ここ2年の一貫したパフォーマンスは素晴らしい。長期契約を結ぶべきだ」と残留を望むコメントを残している。 『90min』いわく、スコットは中盤のポジションならどこでも対応可能で、左右のウィンガーとしてもプレーできるとのことだ。 2023.04.29 14:11 Sat
