ブライトンは11月30日のヨーロッパリーグ(EL)グループB第5節でAEKアテネのホームに乗り込み、1-0と勝利。最終節を残して最低でも決勝トーナメント進出をかけたプレーオフに進む2位以内を確定させた。
『UEFA.com』によると、EL3連勝のデ・ゼルビ監督は苦戦のなかで手にした勝利を喜び、クラブとして初の欧州を舞台にした戦いでの前進を特別視した。
「大きな感情を抱いている。うまくプレーできず、いつものスタイルではなかったし、大変な試合だったが、また違ったメンタリティを示したね。気迫と逞しさもだ。ブライトンにとっても、クラブにとっても、ファンにとっても歴史的な日だよ」

サッスオーロ、ロベルト・デ・ゼルビ監督との契約延長に動く

ブライトン生え抜きのソリー・マーチが2026年まで契約延長、三笘薫との両翼コンビとして躍動

みんな気づいていた? プレミアリーグが中継時に使用する20クラブのゴールアニメーションを制作、各クラブを象徴したものに

三笘に浴びせたタックルの報復を受けた?直後にファウル受け負傷退場のアーセナルFWに闘将キーン氏が持論「精算しなければならない」
