ブロゾビッチは5日、カタールW杯ラウンド16の日本代表戦に先発。延長戦まで120分走り抜き、クロアチアのPK戦勝利に貢献していた。
そのブロゾビッチは日本戦で16.7kmの走行距離を記録し、自身が持つW杯記録を更新したとのことだ。
ブロゾビッチは前回大会の準決勝イングランド代表戦でやはり延長戦までプレー。その際は16.3kmの走行距離を記録し、当時の新記録を樹立していた。

“36歳”を迎えたモドリッチが家族団らん誕生日ショットとともに力強い言葉「年齢はただの数字だよ」
