アル・ラーヤン退団の谷口彰悟
カタール・スターズリーグ(カタール1部)のアル・ラーヤンは14日、日本代表DF谷口彰悟(33)の退団を発表した。谷口は筑波大学に在学中から川崎フロンターレの特別指定選手となり、2014年に正式入団。数々のチームタイトルとともに、Jリーグベストイレブンに4度輝くなど、センターバックとして右肩上がりの成長曲線を描くと、2022年12月にカタールの古豪アル・ラーヤンで海外初挑戦を決断した。
そのカタールでは通算44試合に出場(1得点1アシスト)。昨季はリーグ戦22試合でプレーし、2位フィニッシュに貢献した。
2015年6月のデビューから28キャップを刻む代表では一時遠ざかる時期があったなかで、今や常連となるが、今夏はジュピラー・プロ・リーグのシント=トロイデン行きが噂に。そして、アル・ラーヤンがオランダで行うトレーニングキャンプからもメンバー外となっていた。

顔面も中東仕様に?髭面になったアル・ラーヤン谷口彰悟にファン驚き「事件」「髭が…」

モロッコ代表FWブファルが町田浩樹のサン=ジロワーズにフリーで加入…昨季まで谷口彰悟のチームメイト
ロイヤル・ユニオン・サン=ジロワーズは3日、アル・ラーヤンのモロッコ代表MFソフィアン・ブファル(30)がフリートランスファーで加入することを発表した。 契約期間は2026年夏までの2年間となる。 アンジェの下部組織で育ったブファルは、2013年7月にファーストチームに昇格。2015年1月にリールへ完全移籍すると、2016年8月にサウサンプトンへ完全移籍。2018年7月からはセルタにレンタル移籍していた。 2020年10月にアンジェに復帰。2023年1月にアル・ラーヤンへ移籍し、日本代表DF谷口彰悟(シント=トロイデン)とチームメイトとして戦っていた。 キャリアを通じて、リーグ・アンで99試合27ゴール18アシスト、プレミアリーグで70試合3ゴール4アシスト、ラ・リーガで35試合3ゴール4アシストを記録。両ウイングや中盤の攻撃的なポジションなどでプレーする。 モロッコ代表としても46試合で8ゴールを記録しており、2022年のカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では7試合に出場しチームの4位躍進に貢献していた。 2024.09.04 12:15 Wed
