ブラジル代表FWネイマールが物投げつけの被害に遭った。この代表ウィークもブラジル代表の招集を受け、12日に行われた北中米ワールドカップ南米予選のベネズエラ代表戦に出場したネイマール。1-0での逃げ切りも頭をよぎるなか、相手の見事なバイシクル弾で2連勝が止まり、3連勝のアルゼンチン代表に首位の座を明け渡した。
ネイマール本人はというと、先制ゴールをアシストしたりとエースとして結果を残したが、ベネズエラ戦後にブラジルの一部サポーターが抱くフラストレーションの矛先が向けられ、ピッチから引き揚げる際にブーイングを浴びた。
それだけなら、なくもない光景だが、ポップコーンが入った容器ごと投げつけられ、それが頭部を直撃。ネイマールはすぐさま飛んできた方向を睨み、何かしらの言葉を吐き捨て、周囲のチームメイトらになだめられながらその場を後にしていった。
ブラジル『グローボ』によると、ネイマールは試合後、「当然ながら、僕らは全力を尽くすし、尽くしたけど、結果を掴めないときも多々ある。それはファンが求めるものではない」とサポーターの怒りを理解しつつ、憤りを露わにした。

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

元祖ロナウド氏が挙式!14歳年下のブラジル人モデルの女性と4度目の結婚

ロナウドが日韓W杯での“大五郎カット”を謝罪、奇抜な髪型の裏事情とは?

ネイマール、2014年W杯の大ケガを振り返る「あと2センチずれていたら歩けなくなっていた」
