アーセナルのベルギー代表FWレアンドロ・トロサールが、主審とそっくりだと話題だ。12日、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)ラウンド16・2ndレグでポルトをホームに迎えたアーセナル。アウェイでの1stレグを1-0で落としていた中、逆転を目指しての一戦となった。
試合は、41分に先発起用となったトロサールがゴールを決めて同点に。その後は延長でもゴールが決まらずPK戦へと突入するが、GKダビド・ラヤのセーブもありアーセナルが勝利。14年ぶりのベスト8進出を決めた。
2戦合計スコアで同点に追いつく大きなゴールを決めたトロサールだったが、ハーフタイムにはプレー以外の思わぬところで注目を集めることとなった。

アーセナルがトロサールと長期契約へ…30歳では異例の2029年夏までの契約を用意か

アーセナルが今夏シンガポールでプレシーズンツアーを実施、ミラン&ニューカッスルと対戦
アーセナルは11日、2025-26シーズンに向けたプレシーズンに関して、シンガポールを訪れることを発表した。 すでに、7月31日(木)の19時30分から香港でトッテナム・ホットスパーとのノース・ロンドン・ダービーを戦うことを発表していたアーセナル。その前にシンガポールを訪れ、2試合を戦うこととなる。 7月23日(水)にはミランと対戦。同27日(日)には、ニューカッスル・ユナイテッドと対戦することを発表した。どちらの試合も、5万5000人を収容するナショナルスタジアムで開催される。 アーセナルがシンガポールを訪れるのは2018年以来7年ぶり。2015年にも訪れており、3度目となる。 クラブのマネージング・ディレクターを務めるリチャード・ガーリック氏は今回のプレシーズンツアーについてコメントしている。 「7月にシンガポールに戻り、2つの優れた相手と対戦し、多くの素晴らしいサポーターと会えることを嬉しく思う」 「男子ファーストチームの選手たちは2015年と2018年にシンガポール遠征を行い、印象的なナショナルスタジアムでプレーして素晴らしい思い出を作った。今年も再びこの競技場に戻ってくる」 「この遠征は、この美しい地域のサポーターとつながる機会を与えてくれる。ミランとニューカッスル・ユナイテッドとの2試合は、エキサイティングな試合になることが確実で、新シーズンに向けて選手たちに質の高い準備をもたらすだろう」 なお、トッテナムとのダービーを含め3試合でプレシーズンのツアーは終了。その後ロンドンに戻り、8月16日(土)に開幕するプレミアリーグへ準備を進めるという。 2025.04.11 14:25 Fri
