バルセロナのポーランド代表FWロベルト・レヴァンドフスキが結婚10周年を祝った。
バイエルンからスペインへと活躍の場を移しながら、加入1年目でバルセロナの主砲として見事な活躍を見せたレヴァンドフスキ。ラ・リーガでは23ゴールを挙げ得点王に輝くと、チームも4年ぶりのリーグ優勝を達成した。
ポーランド代表でのユーロ2024予選の戦いも終え、オフシーズンへと入ったレヴァンドフスキだが、22日に自身のインスタグラムを更新。結婚10周年を迎えたことを明かし、妻への感謝を綴った。

レヴァンドフスキは、2007年に初めて出会ったというアナ・レヴァンドフスカさんと2013年に結婚。アナさんは空手家として、シニア世界選手権で3個のメダルを獲得し、さまざまな年齢層で6個のヨーロッパ選手権のメダルを獲得。ポーランド選手権では29個のメダルを獲得した実力者だ。
また、体育の学位を所持し、栄養学の専門家でもあるアナさんは、栄養補助食品を販売する会社や化粧品ブランドも立ち上げ、起業家としても活躍。2人の子どもを持つ母親ながら大活躍しており、アナさん自身もインスタグラムで500万人を超えるフォロワーを抱えるポーランドの国民的美女だ。
それぞれのインスタグラムでは度々仲睦まじい姿を見せる2人。レヴァンドフスキが活躍を続けられる理由の1つに妻のサポートがありそうだ。

アルゼンチン代表FWリオネル・メッシが、レジェンドをついに超えることとなった。
カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)に出場したことで、5大会連続5度目の出場を果たしたメッシ。過去4大会では、2014年のブラジル大会で準優勝を経験するなど、19試合に出場していた。
2006年のドイツ大会から出場を続ける中、カタールW杯でもグループステージの3試合全てに出場。この結果、通算出場試合数を「22」に伸ばした。
これまで、アルゼンチン人で最もW杯の試合でプレーしたのはレジェンドのディエゴ・マラドーナ氏。1982年から1994年までの4大会で達成しており、1986年のメキシコ大会では優勝を果たしていた。
メッシはマラドーナ氏の記録を更新し、歴代でも単独4位に浮上。最多は元ドイツ代表のローター・マテウス氏の「25」試合、2位は元ドイツ代表のミロスラフ・クローゼ氏の「24」試合、3位は元イタリア代表のパオロ・マルディーニ氏の「23」試合となる。
ラウンド16の試合もケガなどがなければ出場するであろうメッシはマルディーニ氏には並ぶことが濃厚。チームが準決勝まで駒を進め、全ての試合に出場すると、歴代最多の26試合出場を達成することとなる。
ちなみに、キャプテンとしても15試合に出場し、マラドーナ氏に「1」と迫っている状況。ゴール数もガブリエル・バティストゥータ氏の10ゴールがアルゼンチン代表としての最多であり、メッシは8ゴールという状況に。どちらも超えるチャンスを残している。
メッシはマラドーナ氏超えの記録達成についてコメント。アルゼンチン『TyC Sports』が伝えた。
「ディエゴも喜んでいると思う。彼はいつもアルゼンチン代表に良いことが起こることを喜んでいたし、僕にも個人的に良いことがあった」
「彼はいつも近くにいて、愛情深い人だった」

▽ポーランドサッカー協会(PZPN)は1日、今月のUEFAネイションズリーグに臨むポーランド代表メンバー27名を発表した。
▽UEFAネイションズリーグ(UNL)2018-19・リーグA・グループ3に属するポーランドは先月7日に行われた初戦のイタリア代表戦を1-1のドロースタートとなっていた。

バイエルンのポーランド代表FWロベルト・レヴァンドフスキが子供の誕生日を祝った。
レヴァンドフスキは2013年にアナさんと結婚。長女のクララちゃんが2017年5月4日に、次女のローラちゃんが2020年5月6日に誕生と、2人の子供を授かっている。
先日誕生日を迎えたばかりの2人。アナさんは8日に自身のインスタグラムを更新し、誕生日パーティーの様子を公開した。
「親しい友人や家族と一緒に女の子を祝う魔法の日です。ロベルトもありがとう!」

ポーランド代表がカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)に向けて現地入りした。
2大会連続9度目の出場を決めたポーランド。16日にポーランド国内で行われたチリ代表との親善試合を勝利で終えた後、開幕に向けて飛行機で現地へと向かったポーランド代表だが、ある異変が起きていた。
実は、15日にウクライナの西に位置するポーランド東部にミサイルが落下し、2人が死亡したことを受け、警備体制を引き上げ。代表チームの乗った飛行機を2台のF16戦闘機がポーランドの国境を超えるまで並走する形となった。
無事にカタールへと到着したポーランドは、グループCに所属。22日にメキシコ代表戦、26日にサウジアラビア代表戦、30日にアルゼンチン代表戦を戦う。
