アンデルレヒトに所属するDFムサ・エンディアイエ(20)がセネガル代表に追加招集された。クラブが発表している。
セネガル代表では、当初のメンバーに含まれていたモナコのイスマイル・ヤコブスが国籍変更を待っている状況だった。セネガル人の父親のもと、ドイツで生まれた同選手は幼少期からケルンの下部組織に在籍し、U-21ドイツ代表の経歴も持つ。
その中で昨夏にモナコへ移籍し、今年9月に親善試合でセネガル代表デビュー。そして、カタールW杯に向けてFIFAに国籍変更届を提出していた。
ところが、セネガル代表の初戦となる21日のオランダ戦の24時間前になっても変更が完了せず、残念ながらセネガル代表としての出場資格を得られず。これにより、代役としてエンディアイエが招集されることになった。
左サイドバックを主戦場とするエンディアイエは、バルセロナの元カンテラーノで、今夏にアンデルレヒトに移籍。ここまで公式戦13試合に出場し、1アシストを記録していた。

アンデルレヒトは25日、バルセロナからセネガル代表DFムサ・エンディアイエ(20)を完全移籍で獲得したことを発表した。
契約期間は2025年夏までの3年間。背番号は「5」をつける。
エンディアイエはセネガルのアスパイア・アカデミーから2020年8月にバルセロナのU-19に加入。2021年7月にバルセロナB(現バルセロナ・アトレティック)に昇格していた。
左サイドバックとセンターバックでプレーするエンディアイエは、ファーストチームでのプレーはないものの、バルセロナ・アトレティックで11試合に出場していた。
また、16歳にしてU-20セネガル代表として2019年のU-20ワールドカップに出場。センターバックの主軸として5試合に出場しベスト8入りに貢献していた。
A代表にも招集歴はあるが、現在のところプレー経験はない。
