水頭症の治療も及ばず他界した工藤壮人に古巣が追悼…カナダからもメッセージ「一番辛い仕事」、「信じられません」

「工藤、俺、意外と弱いわ。」柏時代の大先輩、北嶋秀朗が後輩・工藤壮人を追悼「まだ整理がつかない」
