アジアカップ2023を戦っている日本代表。14日に行われた初戦のベトナム代表戦の裏側が公開された。
日本にとって3大会ぶり5度目の優勝を目指す今大会。初戦のベトナム戦では4-2の勝利を収めたものの、前半には一時逆転を許すなど危うい展開となった。
日本サッカー協会(JFA)の公式YouTubeチャンネルでは、16日に日本代表の裏側を伝える「Team Cam」が更新。ベトナム戦の選手たちの様子が明らかになっている。
ファンの注目を集めているのはハーフタイムのシーン。3-2とリードして前半を終えたとはいえ、2失点を喫する展開に、選手たちの間では厳しい声や後半への修正を求める声が飛び交う。
声を出すのは試合に出ていた選手だけでなく、ベトナム戦を欠場していたMF三笘薫やDF冨安健洋も同様だった。
特に、三笘はMF守田英正に「ヒデくん、下がりすぎ」とアドバイスを送ると、見送りの際には先頭に立って後半に出場する選手たちをハイタッチをかわし、MF南野拓実には「1点リード、相手出てくる」と一言かけていた。
普段はクールな印象が強い三笘だが、チームの勝利に貢献しようとできることに奔走する姿には、ファンも注目。SNS上では「こっちまで熱くなる」、「三笘あんな風に鼓舞するとは思わなかった」、「とても刺さる」、「本当に熱い」、「三笘ってクールそうに見えて1番熱いね」といったコメントが寄せられている。
ケガの影響でプレーできていない中でも、チームを引っ張る姿勢を見せた三笘。16日のトレーニングでは部分的に合流しており、復帰に近づいている。

スポルティングCPの日本代表MF守田英正が、チームメイトのゴールセレブレーションを自分のものにしようとしている。
2022年に加入したスポルティングで重要な存在となっている守田。日本代表の中盤にも欠かせない存在となっており、アジアカップ2023のメンバーにも招集。主軸としての活躍が期待されている。
アジアカップの開幕が近づく中、守田ら選手たちは写真撮影を実施。ガッツポーズや笑顔をカメラに向けた。
その中で守田は、口の前で両手を組んで口を隠すようなポーズを披露。他の選手にはない独特な動きだったが、これはスポルティングのチームメイトのゴールセレブレーションの“パクリ”だったようだ。
このポーズは、スポルティングで今季からエースを務めるスウェーデン代表FWヴィクトル・ギョケレシュがゴールを決めた時に見せる動きだ。
守田は自身のSNSを更新。「これからはこのパフォーマンスでいきます。これは僕のです」のコメントとともにこのポーズの写真を添えている。
これには、スポルティングのFWマーカス・エドワーズ、DFゴンサロ・イナシオ、DFルイス・ネト、DFジェリー・サン・ユステらチームメイトたちもこぞって絵文字で反応。また、ギョケレシュも「モリタ、後はゴールするだけだ」と笑顔の絵文字を添えて反応している。
日本代表では、28試合に出場して2ゴールの守田。アジアカップでゴールを決めてこのセレブレーションを見せられるか。

アジアカップ2023に臨む日本代表の選手たちが写真撮影を行った。
日本は14日に初戦でベトナム代表、19日にイラク代表、24日にインドネシア代表と対戦。大会前にはヨルダン代表とトレーニグマッチを行うなか、5日に現地へと到着した。
近づく開幕に向け練習を行っている日本代表だが、宣材写真の撮影も実施。日本代表の公式SNSでその様子が伝えられている。
公開されたのは、両手でガッツポーズを作って叫んでいるような構図の選手たちの様子。ゴールを決めた時に使われるものだろうか。堂安律、旗手怜央、三笘薫、久保建英、伊東純也、渡辺剛、細谷真大が力強くポーズを取っている。
だが、その中の伊東が大きくファンの注目を集めることに。それぞれが力強くポーズを取っている中、伊東だけは優しめのファイティングポーズ。あまり力むことなく少し頬が緩んでいる。
他の選手と比べても1人だけリラックスしている感が否めない伊東の姿には、ファンからも「1人だけにこやかお純笑笑」、「伊東くんほんとマイペースで可愛いすぎる笑笑」、「1人だけ緩い」、「純也だけ覇気がないぞ笑」と多くの反響が寄せられている。

日本代表MF堂安律(フライブルク)の何気ない行いが、インドネシアで話題を呼んでいる。
24日、アジアカップ2023グループD最終節でインドネシアと対戦した日本。堂安はそのインドネシア戦で今大会初先発を飾ると、上田綺世のPK奪取に繋がるパスを送るなど躍動。ゴールはなかったものの、存在感を発揮した。
その堂安がプレーとは違うところでも注目を集めている。
インドネシア『FANTASISTA』の編集者であるアイヌール・ローマン氏が自身のX(旧ツイッター)に1本の動画を投稿。そこにはインドネシア戦での堂安とインドネシア代表MFアルハンとのやり取りが収められていた。
ペットボトルの水を飲んでいた堂安は、水を求めたアルハンにボトルを手渡ししてシェア。互いに軽く背中にタッチすると、堂安は渡し忘れていたボトルのキャップも手渡した。
当たり前とも思える行動。実際に堂安は何事もなかったかのようにその場から去っているが、このシーンにローマン氏が注目。「ポイ捨てをしない習慣は、アドバイスや呼びかけの結果ではなく、訓練の結果です」と、ポイ捨てが常態化していないことに驚いたようだ。
ローマン氏の投稿や、そのシーンを捉えた映像を最初にアップしたユーザーの投稿には、インドネシアの人々から多くの反応が寄せられているほか、複数のインドネシアメディアでもこの場面のことが伝えられている。
その多くは「日本が綺麗なのは偶然じゃない」、「簡単なことだが、誰でもできるわけじゃない」、「ルールが根付いている」、「ドウアンさんありがとう」といったコメント。水をシェアする2人の関係性とキャップを捨てない堂安の行いに様々なコメントが寄せられていた。

日本代表FW上田綺世(フェイエノールト)が、バーレーン代表戦でも笑顔だ。
31日、アジアカップ2023・ラウンド16でバーレーンと対戦した日本。ストライカーにはグループステージで3ゴールを決めている上田が起用された。
その上田は、久保建英(レアル・ソシエダ)のCKから強烈なヘディングシュートを放つなど序盤からゴールの匂いを漂わせると、後半に日本が失点を喫した直後に毎熊晟矢(セレッソ大阪)のパスから巧みなターンで相手3人を振り切りGKの股間を抜く豪快ゴール。ストライカーとしての仕事をしっかりと果たした。
そんな上田は、プレーとは別のところでも注目を集めている。
キックオフ前にスターティングメンバー11人が並んで撮影される集合写真で、上田は爽やかな笑顔。他の10人が臨戦態勢というようなきりっとした表情を見せる中、一際輝く笑顔を見せていた。
上田は、今大会初先発となったインドネシア代表戦でも、集合写真撮影時の笑顔が話題に。再びの笑顔炸裂には、ファンから「やっぱり今回もひとりだけスタジオアリス」、「いい笑顔だ」、「白い歯が眩しいです」、「上田綺世選手の素敵な笑顔…決勝まで守りたい!見たい!」、「笑顔良すぎる」とまたも反響が集まっている。
