2024年12月には、2026年北中米ワールドカップ(W杯)欧州予選の組み合わせが決定。イングランドはグループKに入り、セルビア代表、アルバニア代表、ラトビア代表、アンドラ代表と5カ国で争う。
欧州予選は3月から11月にかけて行われ、イングランドの初戦はホームで迎える3月21日のアルバニア戦。24日にはラトビアと対戦し、ホーム2連戦での幕開けとなる。

ベンフィカのヴァイグルがドルトムント時代を回想「誰も僕のことは知らなかった」

2024年最後のFIFAランキングで森保ジャパンは15位をキープ! ほとんど変動なし、1年間で最も浮上したのはアンゴラで32位アップ【FIFAランキング】

FIFA公式がロシアW杯ベストイレブンを発表! ヤングやパウリーニョら“クセがすごい”選出も…

相手が恐れる右手…ストライカーの完成形と呼ばれた男、アラン・シアラー
