ユベントスのチアゴ・モッタ監督が、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)での勝利に満足感を示しつつ改善の必要性を口にした。『UEFA.com』が伝えている。17日、ホームでPSVとのCLリーグフェーズ第1節を迎えたユベントスは、21分にケナン・ユルドゥズのゴールで先制すると、その6分後にはウェストン・マッケニーにも得点が生まれて2点差でハーフタイムへ。後半も早々にニコラス・ゴンサレスのゴールで突き放すと、余裕の展開に持ち込んだチームは後半アディショナルタイムに失点するも3-1で勝利した。
セリエAでは2戦連続ドローとやや停滞気味も、CLで幸先良いスタートを切ったモッタ監督だが、結果に満足しつつもまだチームに改善の余地があることを認めている。
「今夜の結果は、大会のスタートとしては良い結果だったと思う。ここからはこの調子を維持して、多くの点を改善していくだけだ。今日は苦しみもしたが、ボール保持に関してはもっと改善できると確信している」

ボローニャ加入のサーレマーケルス、ミランを去った理由は「マルディーニが去り、いくつかの変化があった」

1チームに1人欲しかった“万能型サイドバック”、ジャンルカ・ザンブロッタ
