アーセナル在籍8年のエルネニーが今季限りでの退団を発表｢とても寂しい｣

アーセナルのエジプト代表MFモハメド・エルネニー(31)が、今季限りで退団することを発表した。

エルネニーは2016年1月にバーゼルからアーセナルに加入。中盤のバックアッパーとしても重要な役割を担っていた中、徐々に出番を失い、2019年9月にはベシクタシュにレンタル移籍したが、翌年に復帰するとここまで在籍8年間で公式戦161試合に出場し、6ゴール10アシストを記録していた。

ミケル・アルテタ監督の下では、手薄となったボランチを支える活躍を見せたが、昨年1月に右ヒザの手術を受け、長期離脱を強いられて以降はほとんどプレーできておらず、今季もここまで公式戦6試合の出場でプレー時間は95分間にとどまっていた。

退団を決断したエルネニーは、自身の公式SNSでメッセージ動画を投稿。そのなかで今季限りでの退団することを明かし、ファンへ以下のように感謝を語った。

『U-NEXT』は23日、プレミアリーグの配信権獲得を発表した。2024-25シーズンから2030-31シーズンまで7年間にわたるパートナーシップ基本契約を締結。日本国内で全試合を独占配信することとなった。また、FAカップも独占配信する。 23日、2023-24シーズンまでプレミアリーグを配信していた『SPOTV NOW』が2024-25シーズンの配信を行わないことを公式に発表。プレミアリーグのファンは、今シーズンをどこで楽しむのか騒ぎとなっていた中、正式に配信先が決定した。世界最高峰のサッカーリーグの1つであり、世界中に多くのファンを持つプレミアリーグ。昨シーズンはアーセナルのDF冨安健洋、リバプールの遠藤航、ブライトン&ホーヴ・アルビオンのMF三笘薫、ルートン・タウンのDF橋岡大樹がプレー。今シーズンは橋岡のルートンが降格したものの、クリスタル・パレスにMF鎌田大地、サウサンプトンにDF菅原由勢が加入し、現時点で5名がプレーするリーグとなっている。 7年間という長期契約により、試合のライブ配信のみならず周辺コンテンツの拡充など、サービスを広げていくという。開幕を前に、パートナーシップを機に、「U-NEXT」では8月9日(金)14時からサッカーコンテンツに特化した「U-NEXTサッカーパック」を月額2600円(税込)で提供開始。プレミアリーグ以外にも、MF久保建英(レアル・ソシエダ)、FW浅野拓磨(マジョルカ)がプレーするラ・リーガも全試合をライブ配信で楽しめることとなる。なお、「U-NEXT」の月額会員であれば、毎月付与されるU-NEXTポイント1200円分を「U-NEXTサッカーパック」に充当することもでき、さらにお得にご利用が可能となる。その他にも、「U-NEXT」のサッカーコンテンツをホテルや商業施設、スポーツバーなどに提供し、日本のサッカーファンはもちろん、海外からのインバウンドニーズにも応えてい区とのこと。店舗・施設向けのDX化を推進する株式会社USEN、ホテル向けのDX化を推進する株式会社アルメックスなど、U-NEXT HOLDINGSのグループシナジーを生かし、スポーツ観戦の喜びを共有・共感できる空間作りをサポートしていくという。プレミアリーグのチーフメディアオフィサーであるポール・モルナー氏が今回の基本契約締結を受けてコメントしている。「我々プレミアリーグは、今回U-NEXTとの2030-31シーズンまで、長期にわたるパートナーシップの締結をお知らせできることを大変嬉しく思っております。U-NEXTは日本市場をリードするエンターテインメント・コンテンツプラットフォームであり、プレミアリーグの独占配信権がU-NEXTのスポーツライブ配信の中心となることに、心を躍らせております」「これにより、日本のファンの皆様は今後7シーズンもの長期にわたり、プレミアリーグの全試合をU-NEXTでお楽しみいただけます。斬新で革新的なアプローチにより、U-NEXTはプレミアリーグにとっての素晴らしい拠点になると確信しています。リーグやクラブ、そして今まさに増えつつある日本人選手たちの魅力を共に発信していけることを楽しみにしています」また、「U-NEXT」の堤天心代表取締役社長もコメントしている。「この度、世界最高峰のプロサッカーリーグであるプレミアリーグとU-NEXTは、7年間にわたる長期基本契約を締結いたしました。シーズン終了の日まで目を離すことができない高いコンペティションレベル、伝統と革新を兼ね合わせた各クラブを支える世界一とも言うべきサポーター文化、世界トップスターの選手と監督が展開する圧倒的なパフォーマンスとインテンシティ、そして世界最高峰レベルに挑戦する日本人選手たちの心踊る活躍、その全てを全試合独占配信という形で皆様にお届けできることを、一人のサッカーファンとしても、大変嬉しく思っています」「全試合のライブ配信、周辺情報の発信のみならず、クラブや選手のバックグランドストーリーなど関連コンテンツも充実させてまいりますので、ぜひご期待ください」 2024.07.23 20:05 Tue

レアルやユーベがここ数日で獲得トライも…イタリア代表DFカラフィオーリが望んだのは実現へ向かうアーセナル移籍のみ

ボローニャのイタリア代表DFリッカルド・カラフィオーリ(22)は、エミレーツ・スタジアムでのプレーだけを思い描いているようだ。昨シーズンは、クラブ史上初のチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)出場を決めたボローニャにおいて、ディフェンスラインの主力として公式戦37試合でプレーしたカラフィオーリ。イタリア代表として参加したユーロ2024でも活躍し、その評価をさらに高めた。複数のビッグクラブが関心を寄せたが、争奪戦をリードしたのはアーセナル。個人合意に加え、ボローニャとも原則合意に至り、あとは移籍金の50%を手にする前所属先バーゼルとボローニャ間の交渉次第と見られている。そんななか、イギリス『スカイ・スポーツ』によると、ここ10日間ほどでユベントスやレアル・マドリー、プレミアリーグの他クラブも獲得を試みたとのこと。しかし、カラフィオリはアーセナルだけを望み、加入を約束したという。ボローニャは2023年夏、バーゼルから400万ユーロ(約6億9000万円)でカラフィオーリを獲得。半分がバーゼルに渡るとはいえ、1年で移籍金4000万ユーロ(約68億6000万円)+ボーナス500万ユーロ(約8億6000万円)の契約を成立させつつある。何よりもカラフィオーリ本人が強く希望するアーセナル移籍。バーゼルにとっても満足な取引となりそうだが、無事決着がつくのだろうか。 2024.07.21 20:42 Sun
