ちふれASエルフェン埼玉は25日、MF祐村ひかるの負傷について発表した。
祐村は21日に行われた2023-24WEリーグ第16節、サンフレッチェ広島レジーナ戦で負傷。16分に途中交代していた。
診断の結果は、右ヒザ前十字じん帯損傷、内側側副じん帯損傷、外側半月板損傷の重傷で、全治は8カ月が見込まれている。
今季は途中出場が中心だったが、ウインターブレイク後にスタメンに返り咲き、リーグ戦では15試合3得点を記録。WEリーグカップ4試合、皇后杯で2試合1得点をマークしていた。

皇后杯惜敗のEL埼玉・池谷孝監督、健闘も「現実+10%ぐらい」と理想高く リーグ戦再開へ「その道を少しでも極めていけたら」
ちふれASエルフェン埼玉の池谷孝監督が激闘を振り返った。 EL埼玉は20日、第45回皇后杯準決勝でINAC神戸レオネッサとサンガスタジアム by KYOCERAで対戦した。 2大会連続のベスト4に進み、昨季同様、I神戸との顔合わせとなった一戦は、39分に先制されるが、52分に吉田莉胡のゴールで同点に。61分に再び勝ち越されたが、83分に祐村ひかると、粘りを見せる。だが、延長戦120分に三度勝ち越しを許し、クラブ史上初の決勝進出はお預けとなった。 試合後の会見に登場した池谷監督は開口一番、「僕は負けず嫌いなので、悔しいです」とコメント。チーム力差を認識しながらも、掲げてきたコンセプトを発揮した点や、執念を見せ、健闘したチームを評価した。 「皆さんご存知の通り、個人の技術の差、チームの力の差ははっきりしておりますので、私が指導して5カ月ですけど、『ドーベルマンディフェンス』、『Simple, Quick to the GOAL』、『意識を変えて、技術を変えよう』、そういうことをある程度体現してくれたゲームだったと思います」 「(I神戸は)かなり格上のチームですので、やり方によっては0-10ぐらいも正直覚悟はしていました。前半0-0でいったらという相手のサッカーを壊すというストーリーができたんですけど、PKで0-1。でも、最少失点で帰ってきましたので、まだまだやれると思っていました」 「先行されて先行されて、というのは大きな課題でありますが、それを追い付いたことは収穫です」 池谷監督は技術指導のみならず、パワーポイント等を駆使した「授業」も行いながら選手とコミュニケーションを図っている。 静岡県藤枝市出身らしく、ボールを握りながら相手を攻略するスタイルを理想に掲げる指揮官は、現状との折り合いをつけつつも、徐々に「だんだん僕のサッカー感と言いますか、現実プラス10%ぐらい」、メンタル面を含めて積み上がっていると語る。 まだまだ理想には遠いとのことだが、皇后杯では魅力的な戦いを披露したEL埼玉。リーグ戦再開へ向けては「技術やプレーモデル、フィーリングなど、課題はたくさんある」としながらも、新加入選手の台頭を含め、「選手と一緒になって、その道を少しでも極めていけたらと思います」と、ブラッシュアップを誓った。 2024.01.21 14:55 Sun
