ホームのサポーターに仕上がり具合をしっかりとした結果をもってアピールしたいユナイテッドだが、23分にバックラインでのミスパスを見逃さなかったソトカに超ロングシュートを決められ、先に失点を許す。
そのまま折り返したユナイテッドだが、48分に右サイドから中に切り込んだアントニーがスルーパスを出すと、ラッシュフォードが絶妙なタイミングで背後に。ボックス右から右足でネットを揺らしてみせる。
