「一緒にできるのは嬉しい」上田綺世、かつて憧れたファルカオとの対戦を喜ぶも「やることを統一する必要がある」と意気込み

27日、日本代表はキリンチャレンジカップのコロンビア代表戦を翌日に控え、ヨドコウ桜スタジアムで前日練習を行った。カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)後、初の活動となった今回のトレーニングキャンプ。24日にはウルグアイ代表を相手に1-1のドロー。それでも国立競技場に6万人を超えるファンが駆けつけ、大いに盛り上がった。 2試合目となるこの戦い。前日トレーニングは、冒頭15分間の公開となり、ランニング、ストレッチ、ロンド、2人組でのパス交換を行ったところで非公開となった。練習後、FW上田綺世(セルクル・ブルージュ)がメディアの取材に応対。ウルグアイ戦は後半途中からの出場となったが、自身の特徴もある程度出すことに成功。タメを作る動きやニアに抜ける動きなどについては「僕のスタイルでもありますし、求められていることでもあるので表現したいです」と、コロンビア戦で出番があれば見せていきたいとした。そのコロンビアのイメージについては「強度が高いチームで、ビルドアップや相手の守備は前からきます。なかなか時間がない状況が多くあると思うので、そこは割り切ることが必要な時間帯もあると思います」とコメント。「全部を剥がせるわけではないと思うので、やることを統一する必要があります」とチームとしての戦い方の意思統一は大事だとした。ストライカーといえば、世界的な点取り屋であるFWラダメル・ファルカオ(ラージョ・バジェカーノ)が今回は来日。日本戦に出場する可能性もあるが、上田は「個人的に好きな選手で一緒にできるのは嬉しいです」と、憧れていたと明かした。「僕が小学校、中学校ぐらいから好きです」と語った上田。理由については「フィニッシャーという面でもそうですし、ゴール前の嗅覚、アイデアもです」とストライカーとして持っているものに憧れたようだ。また「僕は中学生の頃とにかく点を取る選手が好きで、当時はアトレティコですごいテンポで点をとっていて、コンスタントに点を取るところも好きでした」と語り、多くのゴールを決めるストライカーらしさが好きだと明かした。 2023.03.27 19:15 Mon

21日、日本代表はキリンチャレンジカップのウルグアイ代表戦に向けて千葉県内でトレーニングを実施。カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)後初の活動となった今回のトレーニングキャンプにはまだ全員が合流していない中、多くの観衆の前でトレーニングを行った。練習後、FW上田綺世(セルクル・ブルージュ)が報道陣の取材に応対。リーグ戦で14ゴールと活躍する現在の状態を語った。「リーグ戦での結果はシーズンを通して自分がやってきたこともあるので、コンディションが良いというよりは噛み合ってきたかなと思います」カタールW杯では45分間の出場に終わり、悔しさも味わった上田。そのW杯後に多くのゴールを決めているが「そういうわけではないです」とW杯の悔しさをぶつけているわけではないとコメント。「クラブの中で自分のポジションでやることがあって、集中しています」と、クラブの中で噛み合い始めたことが理由だとした。ヘディングでのゴールやクロスからのゴール、裏への抜け出しなど、ゴールのパターンも増えている上田。「求められていることや自分の強みを見せることは常に継続してきたことで、最後の試合はポジションが変わったこともありますが、シーズンを通して常に継続してきたことで、自分の武器や特徴をチームに理解してもらうことができて、少しずつ信頼に変わって、パスも集まってきていてというのが最近結果を残せている理由かなと思います」と語り、積み上げてきたものによる信頼の獲得が、色々なゴールに繋がっていると感じているという。クラブではシャドーだが、日本代表では1トップに入る上田。「引き出しというところで言うと、普段やらないポジションでも自分は1トップだという自覚があります」とコメント。「新しい引き出しを持って1トップができると思いますし、今のポジションでも吸収できることや新しい点の取り方を模索できると思うので、前向きに取り組んでいるつもりです」と、1トップとしてプレーするための成長をクラブでできているという。その中で、日本代表はかつてJ1で得点王にも輝き、日本代表でもプレーした前田遼一氏がコーチに就任した。上田と同じFW出身のコーチがいることについて、プラスに働くと感じているようだ。「生粋のゴールゲッターだと思いますし、より少ないタッチでゴールを重ねるイメージがあるので、僕がずっとワンタッチゴールにこだわるように、より簡潔にゴールを奪う方が良いと思っているタイプなので、見習う部分はすごく多いと思います」「FW論というか、同じポジションだからこそもらえる指示、話せることもあると思うので、そういうところから刺激を得られると思います」 <span class="paragraph-title">【動画】これぞストライカー!上田綺世が技ありの今季リーグ戦14点目</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> <script>var video_id ="O6zcN5dq7QI";var video_start = 145;</script><div style="text-align:center;"><div id="player"></div></div><script src="https://web.ultra-soccer.jp/js/youtube_autoplay.js"></script> 2023.03.21 23:18 Tue
