イタリア政府がロビーニョに対する9年の禁固刑の実行をブラジル当局に要請、集団強姦で昨年有罪判決

イタリア政府は、強姦罪で有罪判決を受けた元ブラジル代表のロビーニョに対する9年の実刑判決を執行するよう、ブラジルに要請した。ブラジル『Uol』が伝えている。

ロビーニョは2013年1月にミラノでアルバニア人の若い女性を集団で強姦した罪により、昨年1月にイタリアの裁判所から9年間の禁固刑が言い渡された。

だが、当時から現在に至るまでブラジルに滞在しているロビーニョに刑の実行は難しくなっており、また、イタリア政府は昨年9月に身柄引き渡しを要請したが、ブラジル憲法第5条で国民の引き渡しが禁止されているため、同年11月に拒否された。

しかしこの度、カルロ・ノルディオ法務大臣が、ミラノ裁判所の判決によってロブソン・デ・スーザ(ロビーニョ)に課せられた9年の実刑判決の執行をブラジルの法の下で許可するよう、ブラジルの管轄司法当局に書簡を送付したという。

これが受理されれば、元ブラジル代表の39歳は収監されることになるが、果たして結末は。
