バイエルンのドイツ人MFジャマル・ミュージアラがドイツ代表を選択した際の周囲の反応について明かしている。ドイツ『シュポルト・ビルト』が伝えた。
ドイツのシュツットガルト出身であるミュージアラは7歳時にイングランドへ移ると、サウサンプトンやチェルシーの下部組織に計9年在籍。その後、バイエルンユースに移籍し、昨シーズンの終盤にトップチームデビューを果たした。
今シーズンから正式にトップチームに昇格したミュージアラは開幕戦で途中出場を果たすと、その後は順調に出場機会を増やし、ここまで公式戦27試合の出場で4ゴールを記録。5日にはバイエルンとプロ契約を締結している。こうした活躍を受け、イングランド代表からも強い誘いがあったものの、最終的には自分の生まれた国であるドイツ代表を選択した。
この決断について、ミュージアラは自身と特に仲の良いドルトムントのイングランド代表MFジュード・ベリンガムや、イングランド代表のガレス・サウスゲイト監督も理解してくれたと語っている。
「ジュード(・ベリンガム)はきっと僕の決断を理解してくれるだろう。彼とは友達のままだよ。ユーロやワールドカップで彼と対戦できたら、とても嬉しいね。僕は生まれた国であるドイツのため、プレーすることを誇りに思っている」

元ブラジル代表DFルシオ氏が家庭内の事故で緊急入院…現在はICUで経過観察
元ブラジル代表DFルシオ氏(47)がブラジリア市内の病院に入院しており、集中治療室(ICU)で治療を受けているようだ。 イタリア『ガゼッタ・デッロ・スポルト』によれば、ルシオ氏は15日に自宅で起きた事故により、体の様々な部分に火傷を負ったとのこと。 なお、入院先の病院は｢ルシオ氏の容体は安定していて意識もはっきりしている。しばらくはICUで経過を観察する｣との声明を発表している。 ブラジル代表として通算105キャップを誇るルシオ氏は、1998年にインテルナシオナウでプロデビュー後、2000年1月にレバークーゼン移籍。2004年夏に加入したバイエルンで4度のブンデスリーガ制覇を経験すると、2009年夏からインテルに移り、2009-10シーズンの3冠(セリエA、コッパ・イタリア、チャンピオンズリーグ)達成に寄与した。 その後、2012年夏のユベントス移籍を経て、2013年1月のサンパウロ入りを機に母国復帰。インドで過ごす時期もあったが、ブラジル国内を中心にプレーを続け、2019年10月にブラジリエンセFCを退団以降はフリーの状態が続き、2020年1月に現役引退を発表していた。 2025.05.17 20:50 Sat
