アルゼンチンサッカー協会(AFA)は28日、新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)の感染拡大の影響を受け、2019-20シーズンの国内リーグ打ち切りを宣言した。これにより、2019-20シーズン、2020-21シーズンの降格廃止も決定した。
この決定によって最も恩恵を受けたと言われるのが、過去3シーズンの平均獲得勝ち点率で最下位となり、降格の可能性があったヒムナシアだ。
そして、アルゼンチン国内では1986年ワールドカップのイングランド代表戦での超有名ゴールに続き、マラドーナ氏に“神の手”が差し伸べられたと揶揄する声が上がっている。
そういった国内での声を受け、元アルゼンチン代表FWは新“神の手”について言及した。
「しかし、私はその神の手がパンデミックを終息させることを望んでいる。そうなれば、多くの人たちが健康で幸せな生活を取り戻すことができるのだからね」

メッシと妻は30年来の仲、幼馴染の2人が結ばれW杯で優勝するまで

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン
