ユベントス、エメルソンを諦めず! 今夏に33.1億円で再挑戦

ユベントスが今夏にチェルシーに所属するイタリア代表DFエメルソン・パルミエリ(25)の獲得に動くようだ。イギリス『エクスプレス』が報じている。

2018年1月にローマからチェルシー入りしたエメルソン。フランク・ランパード新監督の下で始まった今シーズンはプレミアリーグ開幕戦から4試合連続フル出場を果たすなど昨年末まで出番を得た。しかし、今年に入ると、出場機会が激減。ここまでリーグ戦2試合の出場にとどまるほか、メンバー外も多くなっている。

そんななか、ユベントスが再び興味。今冬のエメルソン獲得に失敗したというイタリア王者だが、チェルシー時代の恩師であるマウリツィオ・サッリ監督は守備陣強化を心に決めた今もリストのトップに定めており、数カ月のさらなる追跡を経て、今夏に移籍金2500万ポンド(約33億1000万円)のオファーで再入札する模様だ。

一方、チェルシーはレスター・シティに所属するイングランド代表DFベン・チルウェル(23)の獲得に関心がある様子。フランク・ランパード監督は長期的な将来性が見込める左サイドバックとして、チルウェルの獲得に熱心だというが、そのチェルシーで居場所を失いつつあるエメルソンの去就はいかに。
