ユナイテッド、メルテンス獲りに興味?

マンチェスター・ユナイテッドが、ナポリに所属するベルギー代表FWドリエス・メルテンス(32)の獲得に動く可能性があるようだ。イギリス『デイリー・メール』が伝えている。

2013年夏にPSVからナポリに加入して以降、長らく攻撃陣をけん引してきたメルテンス。今シーズンこそチームの低調により、伸び悩んではいるものの、ここまでセリエAで15試合4ゴール3アシストを記録している。

そんなメルテンスだが、ナポリとの契約は今シーズン限りまで。契約延長に関する話し合いは現時点で伝えられておらず、退団の可能性が出てきている。

その同選手に対して、ユナイテッドが獲得に興味。だが、『デイリー・メール』によれば、メルテンス獲得には、少なくとも2年契約でナポリで受け取っているとされる同等の給与を用意しなくてはならないという。

それでも、ナポリは現在、フリーとなっている元スウェーデン代表FWズラタン・イブラヒモビッチ(38)への関心が報道。仮に獲得に成功した場合は、メルテンスを来年1月に手放す可能性もあると、同メディアは見解を示している。

メルテンスには現在、インテルやドルトムントも関心を抱いていることが伝えられているが、果たしてユナイテッドはメルテンスの獲得に動くのだろうか。

フレッチャー氏の双子の息子がユナイテッドとプロ契約シティのアカデミーから昨夏加入
