フォルトゥナ・デュッセルドルフは14日、ブレーメンから元チェコ代表GKヤロスラフ・ドロブニー(39)を完全移籍で獲得したことを発表した。背番号は「40」に決定。契約期間は今シーズン終了までとなる。
正GKのミヒャエル・レンジングをバックアップする頼れるベテランGKを獲得したデュッセルドルフのクラブ幹部、ルッツ・ファンネンシュティール氏は、「ヤロスラフ・ドロブニーを獲得したことにより、前半戦でのGKの負傷離脱による問題を解決することができた。彼はプロフェッショナルなプレーヤーであり、ピッチの内外でチームに貢献してくれるはずだ」とコメントしている。
母国のチェスケー・ブジェヨヴィツェでキャリアをスタートしたドロブニーは、ギリシャ、イングランド、オランダでのプレーを経て2007年にレンタル移籍したボーフムでドイツでのキャリアをスタート。
その後、ヘルタ・ベルリン、ハンブルガーSV、ブレーメンでブンデスリーガ通算200試合に出場。また、チェコ代表では通算7キャップを記録している。

田中碧、主力数名不在に「素晴らしい選手がたくさんいる」 W杯イヤーに意気込みも
デュッセルドルフの日本代表MF田中碧が24日、オンライン取材に応じた。 22日に今月下旬から来月上旬にかけての代表メンバーを発表した日本。今回の代表活動もカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)アジア最終予選の試合が組まれ、中国代表とサウジアラビア代表を相手にしてホーム2連戦に臨む。 そんな日本だが、今シリーズは主将の吉田麻也、冨安健洋がそれぞれ負傷で不帯同。他のポジションでも室屋成、三笘薫、古橋亨梧らがケガの影響で選外となり、苦しい台所事情という不安材料もあるなかでの活動となる。 「もちろん、(主力の)選手がいないけど、そういう選手以外にも素晴らしい選手がたくさんいる。そういうチャンスをモノにして、僕もこうやって選ばれるようになった」 「そういうチャンスがあるという意味ではすべての選手が競争というか、出たいという気持ちを持っていると思うし、それが(チームの)良い結果に繋がっていけば良い」 そういうチームの現状は他の選手からすればチャンスでもあるとの考えを示した田中だが、所属先で日々奮闘中。ここまで公式戦16試合に出場しているが、先発外の試合もあり、直近のリーグ戦も途中出場だった。 「この前の代表後から出始めて、また最後も出られなかった。自分の力がもっと圧倒的であれば出られるけど、チームが負ければメンバーが変わるのは当たり前。出ている試合で勝ち続けないと、試合にも出続けるのは難しい」 「出ているときにやれることは増えていっている。自分1人で勝てるものではないけど、自分が出ているときに勝つのは最低限の結果というか、ボランチとしては一番の結果。そこをもっともっと求めていかないといけない」 自分のプレーをチームの勝利にどう繋げるかがレギュラーとしての立ち位置を確立する上で大事な要素と語る田中だが、代表では10月のオーストラリア代表戦で初先発から初ゴールを決めるなど、存在感を高めている。 その代表もW杯イヤーに入り、これからサバイバルレースが熾烈さを増すことが予想される。「ボランチだし、ゴールを決めるのも仕事だけど、チームを勝たせるのが仕事」だと言う田中にとっても、大事な年になる。 代表レベルでもしっかりと争いに加わっていきたいところだが、「まずは試合に出続けることが一番大事だし、それがすべて。それにプラスして、結果がついてくれば良いし、そこがすべてかなと思う」と話している。 2022.01.24 13:25 Mon
