レアル・マドリーで頭角を現したイグアインは、その後ナポリやユベントス、ミランなど、イタリアの強豪クラブを渡り歩いた。
ストライカーとして所属した数々のクラブで得点を挙げてきたイグアインだが、ユベントス時代の2019年10月6日に行われた、セリエA第7節のインテル戦では、美しい連携からゴールを決めている。

日本人が目指すべきCB像、“希少なバロンドーラー“ファビオ・カンナバーロ
