マンチェスター・シティが、アルミニア・ビーレフェルトを退団するドイツ人GKシュテファン・オルテガ(29)の獲得に迫っているようだ。移籍市場に精通するイタリア人ジャーナリストのファブリツィオ・ロマーノ氏が報じている。
今シーズンのブンデスリーガを17位で終え、2部降格となったビーレフェルトで守護神を務めるオルテガは、クラブとの契約が今シーズン終了までとなっている。
過去にバイエルンも興味を示した実力者に対しては、当然ながら多くのクラブが今夏の獲得を目指してオファーを掲示しているが、現在オルテガはシティ移籍に向けて口頭合意に至っているという。
シティはセカンドGKとしてオルテガを迎え入れる考えだが、移籍成立にはアメリカ代表GKザック・ステッフェン(27)の去就を先に整理する必要があるようだ。
現時点でステッフェンの新天地に関して具体的な名前は挙がっていないが、その実績を考えれば、チャンピオンズリーグ出場などのハードルを設けない限り、比較的容易に移籍先を見つけることは可能なはずだ。

グリーリッシュが“短すぎる”ソックスの理由を告白、バキバキのふくらはぎは「家系」
