“世界最強”のフットボーラーとしてカルト・ヒーロー的な存在となっているFWアデバヨ・アキンフェンワ(38)が、クラブと契約延長したようだ。
そんなウィコムで4シーズンを過ごしたアキンフェンワは、自身のインスタグラムで報告。1年間の契約延長にサインし、2部で戦うことを報告した。
「神に感謝しなければならない。旅は続く。僕はウィコムともう1年サインしたことを誇りに思い、光栄に思う」
今シーズンのアキンフェンワは、リーグ1で32試合に出場し10ゴール6アシストを記録。自身にとって初となる2部でのプレーでどのような成績を残すのかに注目だ。
