ライバルの大物補強に触発? ガラタサライがジョルジーニョ獲得か

目的は暴利や悪用の防止、選手移籍で大金を手にする代理人にFIFAが新規則導入へ
選手の移籍で多額の収入を得ている代理人だが、国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)の新規則では不正な動きはできなくなるようだ。イギリス『BBC』が伝えた。 FIFAは、2015年に代理人に関する規制を緩和。しかし、この措置に関しては「間違いだった」と認め、新規則の準備を進めていた。 選手代理人と言えば、クリスティアーノ・ロナウドをメインにポルトガル人選手の多くを顧客に持つジョルジュ・メンデス氏やズラタン・イブラヒモビッチ、ポール・ポグバなどを顧客に持ち、何かと選手の移籍に関与するミーノ・ライオラ氏、ガレス・ベイルを顧客に持つジョナサン・バーネット氏などが有名どころ。また、マウロ・イカルディの妻であり、代理人を務める何かとお騒がせなワンダ・ナラなども聞いたことがあるだろう。 FIFAが2021年から導入を予定している新規則には、数多くいる代理人に対してライセンス制度、性格検査、そして手数料の上限が設けられることとなる。 また、選手の移籍に関して代理人が選手とクラブの両方のクライアントから受け取るお金をFIFAが公表することにもなるようだ。 さらに、新規則は選手のエージェンシーの株式を所有するクラブは協会の役員などの利益相反を禁止するものにもなる。 手数料に関しては、選手の代理人の場合は選手給与の3%、買い手(獲得するクラブ)の代理人を務める場合も選手の給与の3%となり、兼任する場合は6%に制限される。 また、売り手(放出するクラブ)の代理人は、譲渡価値(移籍金)の最大10%を得ることとなる。 FIFAのディレクターを務めるジェームズ・キッチング氏は今回の新規制についてコメントしている。 「もし『10%でいいよ』と言ったら、少ないと思われるかもしれないが、それでいい。それが2000万ポンド(約27億2000万円)の10%であれば、認識も変わることになる。我々は認識を変え、市場での活動を変える必要がある」 「過剰であり悪用であると表現している慣行の多くは、説明しているような手数料の支払いに由来している。我々がやろうとしていることは、基本的なサービスの基準を導入することだ」 「大きな数字が自動的に悪用に繋がるとは言わない。ただ、代理人には最善の利益のために行動する責任がある。ただ、多くの代理人がクライアントの最善の利益のために行動しない原因にもなり得る」 FIFAは2021年9月からの施行に向け、来年3月～6月の間にFIFA評議会の承認を得ることになる。 2019年には選手移籍の手数料だけで世界中で5億ポンド(約680億円)が動いたことが判明し、FIFAはクライアントから代理人に直接支払われることをやめ、クリアリングハウス(取引決済の円滑実施を目的とした法人形態)を通して行われることにするようだ。 新規則では、代理人が選手、売り手、買い手の3つを担当することを排除。また、選手と買い手の代理人を務める場合を除き、二重の代理も禁止される。 また、契約は最大で2年間となり、最後の2カ月に入る前に、代理人が選手にアプローチすることも規則違反となる。 さらに、家族が代理人を務める選手も数多くいる中、ライセンスを持った代理人でない限り、選手の代理人を務めることが禁止される。 移籍金以外にも様々な駆け引きが行われてきたこれまでの移籍市場。そのお陰でドラマも色々と生まれてきたが、健全なものに戻すことをFIFAは求めるようだ。 2020.11.06 12:25 Fri

世界で最も高価な新車?トルコで活躍中のイカルディが世界に3台しかない30億円超のロールス・ロイスを保有

監督批判で干された男が恩師の誘いを排除…ツィエクが土壇場で心変わり、UAE移籍確実から急転直下カタールへ

元オランダ代表FWバベルが37歳で現役引退…アヤックスやリバプール、ベシクタシュで活躍
元オランダ代表FWライアン・バベル(37)が現役引退を発表した。 2023年9月にトルコ2部のエユプスポルを退団し、フリートランスファーとなっていたバベルは9日、ツイッタにこれまで在籍したクラブのユニフォームを纏った自身の姿をまとめた動画と共に「引退。ありがとうフットボール」と非常に短い言葉で現役引退を明かした。 アヤックスの下部組織で育ったバベルは同クラブでファーストチームに昇格すると、初年度から公式戦27試合9ゴールでインパクトを残すと、在籍3年半で公式戦107試合に出場し23ゴールを記録。 この活躍が認められ、2007年夏にリバプールへ完全移籍。左ウイングを主戦場に加入初年度から公式戦49試合10ゴール8アシストをマーク。一気にブレイクするかと思われたが、その後は目立った活躍ができず、2011年の冬にホッフェンハイムへ完全移籍。 1年半の在籍となったホッフェンハイムでは、わずか6ゴールにとどまり期待を裏切ると、2012年夏にフリーで古巣アヤックスへ復帰。その1年後には再度フリーでトルコのカスムパシャへ移籍すると公式戦59試合で14ゴール12アシストと復調の兆しを見せたが、アル・アインやデポルティボへ移籍したことで、再び輝きを失うことに。 その後、2017年1月ベシクタシュに加入すると2年間の在籍で公式戦89試合に出場し29ゴールを挙げるなど完全復活。2019年冬にフルアムに半年契約で加入すると、その年の夏にはガラタサライへ3年契約で移籍。 2020年冬には古巣アヤックスへレンタル移籍したが、ガラタサライでは在籍2年半で公式戦100試合に出場し17ゴール8アシストを記録。2022年夏からはトルコ2部のエユプスポルへ活躍の場を移したが、わずか1年で退団していた。 各カテゴリーのオランダ代表に選ばれてきたエリートは、2005年3月に18歳でフル代表デビュー。2007年に自国で開催されたU-21欧州選手権では印象的なパフォーマンスを披露し、オランダを優勝に導いた。 69キャップを誇るフル代表では、2度のワールドカップ(2006,2010)に出場。2011年11月以降は代表から遠ざかっていたが、2017年10月に約6年ぶりの復帰を果たすと、それから3年間はフル代表の常連として活躍。2018-19UEFAネーションズリーグの準優勝に貢献した。 2024.11.10 09:00 Sun
