モロッコがユニフォームデザインで「文化を盗用している」とアディダスに抗議…断交中のアルジェリア代表のユニフォームが物議

ユニフォームのデザインを巡って、大きな騒動に発展している。

イギリス『BBC』によると、モロッコの文化省が「アディダス」を非難しているとのこと。モロッコ文化をアルジェリア代表のユニフォームに使用していると訴えている。モロッコ人弁護士のムラド・エラジュティ氏は、モロッコの陶器のデザインによくみられる「ゼリージュ」という彩り豊かな幾何学模様が、アルジェリア代表のユニホームで採用されていると主張。モロッコ文化賞の代理として、アディダスに法的警告を行った。

エラジュティ氏は、アディダスのトップであるカスパー・ローステッド氏に書簡を送り、新たなデザインが「文化の盗用」であり、「モロッコの遺産の1つを盗み、文化を盗用している」としていた。

また、アディダスに対し、このデザインを2週間以内に中止するように依頼しているという。

アルジェリアとモロッコは隣接しており、2000kmの国境を有している。ともにフランスから独立した国家であり、たびたび紛争も起こっている。

そして1994年に治安上の理由から、両国間の国境は閉鎖。2021年にはモロッコとの全ての外交関係をアルジェリアが断ち切っていた。

アディダスは24日に、「文化と歴史にインスパイアされている。ロイヤルティに合わせ作られた」とし、2022-23シーズンのホームキットとアウェイキットを発表。アルジェリアのミシュワール宮殿から着を得たとしている。

なお、アルジェリアはカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)には出場しない。

親子でW杯王者なるか? 父リリアンに抱かれるフランス代表FWマルクス・テュラム、赤ちゃん時代の写真に爆笑反応

FIFA、ムニルのモロッコ代表入りをついに許可

国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)は5日、セビージャに所属するFWムニル・エル・ハダディ(25)のモロッコ代表入りを認めた。スペイン人の母親とモロッコ人の父親との間に生まれたムニルは、昨年10月にもモロッコ代表に選出されていたが、過去にスペイン代表としてユーロ2016予選のマケドニア代表戦に出場していたことを理由に、FIFAから国籍変更を却下されていた。さらに、スポーツ仲裁裁判所(CAS)への訴えも棄却されていた。しかし、昨年9月に選手の国籍変更に関する規定が変更され、21歳以上で最初の国のA代表でプレーしていないなど、各種の条件を満たした場合、国籍変更が可能となった。ただ、ムニルに関しては21歳を過ぎた段階でU-21スペイン代表としてプレーしていたことが、規則違反にあたるとされ、FIFAは改めて同選手の国籍変更を却下していた。しかし、王立モロッコサッカー連盟(FRMF)はこのFIFAの決定を不服としてCASに対して訴えを起こし、ようやく念願のムニルのモロッコ代表入りが認められた格好だ。なお、ムニルのモロッコ代表デビューは3月のアフリカネーションズカップ予選モーリタニア代表戦になる見込みだ。 2021.02.05 23:15 Fri

レイプ疑惑のハキミ、弁護士は虚偽だと主張「ゆすりの試みの対象だった」

レイプ容疑で訴えられているパリ・サンジェルマン(PSG)のモロッコ代表DFアクラフ・ハキミだが、断固として否定している。フランス『レキップ』が報じた。カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では4位と躍進したモロッコ代表を支え、母親との愛溢れる姿やPSGで同僚のFWキリアン・ムバッペ擁するフランス代表との準決勝での対戦などが話題となったハキミ。2月27日に発表された2022年の『ザ・ベスト・FIFAフットボールアウォーズ(The Best)』ではFIFA FIFPro男子ワールドイレブンに初選出されていた。そのハキミだが、衝撃的な事件が発生。ハキミからレイプされたという24歳の女性がノジャン=シュル=マルヌの警察署を訪れ、被害を訴えたという。女性によれば、2月25日にハキミの自宅にて、レイプ被害を受けたとのことだ。ハキミの弁護士は『レキップ』からの問い合わせに、「アクラフ・ハキミの強い希望によって行われた公聴会で、自分に対する非難を断固として否定した」とコメントしている。また、「この公聴会に続く起訴措置は、レイプで告発された全ての人にとって義務的なものであり、最終的にハキミに多くの権利、とりわけ書面を参照できる権利を解放することで、自らを守る可能性を提供できることを思い出してほしい」と語った。そして、「数時間のヒアリングの後、告発者が告発状を提出することを拒否し、医学的な検査、心理検査を受けることを拒否し、告発がもっぱら彼の言葉に基づいているのみ関わらず、アクラフ・ハキミと対峙することを拒否したことに注目すべきだ」と語り、「私の意見では司法の手元にある書類から、ハキミはこの場合、ゆすりの試みの対象であったということだろう」と、虚偽のレイプ告発だとした。 2023.03.03 22:03 Fri
