イングランド代表招集歴もあるDFが27歳で代表キャリアスタートか? ワン=ビサカがDRコンゴ代表に初招集

ライスがチェルシーアカデミーからの放出を回想…「大きな失望」

FAは永久追放を望む? 八百長疑惑が問われているブラジル代表MFの審問がスタート
賭博規則違反に問われているウェストハムのブラジル代表MFルーカス・パケタ(27)だが、イングランドサッカー協会(FA)は永久追放を望んでいるという。イギリス『スカイ・スポーツ』が伝えた。 ウェストハムの中心選手としてプレーするパケタ。マンチェスター・シティが獲得を狙っているという話もあった中、2024年5月に賭博規則違反の罪で起訴。審理が行われていないため、出場停止処分などは下されていないが、17日からおよそ3週間にわたって審問を受けることになるようだ。 パケタはプレミアリーグの4試合で八百長行為を行った罪で起訴されている。賭け自体は、友人や家族が行っており、パケタ本人は実施していないものの、約60回の賭けが行われ、賭け金は比較的少額だと見られている。 パケタ自身は不正行為に関して否定しているものの、FAは2022年11月のレスター・シティ戦、2023年3月のアストン・ビラ戦、2023年5月のリーズ・ユナイテッド戦、2024年8月のボーンマス戦の行為に関連して告訴していた。 FAは2024年に告発の際、パケタは「賭博市場に影響を与え、1人または複数人が賭博で利益を得るという不適切な目的で、審判から意図的にカードをもらおうとし、これらの試合の進行、行動、またはその他の側面、出来事に影響を与えようとした」としていた。 訴えられたパケタは「FAが私を起訴すると決めたことに非常に驚き、憤慨している」と声明を発表。「9カ月間、僕は捜査のあらゆる段階に協力し、できる限りの情報を提供してきた。容疑を全面的に否認し、自分の名誉を回復するために全力を尽くして戦うつもりだ。現在も捜査が続いているため、これ以上のコメントは控える」としていた。 八百長が認められれば、永久追放は免れられない状況。ウェストハムで112試合に出場し18ゴール14アシストを記録。今シーズンもチームの主軸としてプレーしているが、果たしてどう言った結末を迎えるだろうか。 2025.03.18 17:45 Tue

ウェストハムがFKの名手ウォード=プラウズを呼び戻し、フォレストにレンタルもプレミア9試合の出場に終わる
ウェストハムは3日、イングランド代表MFジェームズ・ウォード=プラウズ(30)がノッティンガム・フォレストから復帰することを発表した。 ウォード=プラウズは、サウサンプトンの下部組織出身。そのままファーストチームに昇格すると、FKの名手として名を馳せる。 デイビッド・ベッカム氏に続いてプレミアリーグ歴代2位の直接FKからのゴール数を誇るなか、チームがチャンピオンシップ(イングランド2部)に降格した2023-24シーズンにウェストハムへと完全移籍した。 今シーズンは開幕戦こそウェストハムでプレーしたが、8月末にフォレストにレンタル移籍。ただ、フォレストではすぐに出番を失い、プレミアリーグ9試合の出場に終わっていた。 グレアム・ポッター監督が就任し、後半戦で巻き返しを誓うウェストハムでしっかりとそのキックを見せることができるか注目だ。 2025.02.03 20:55 Mon
