伊豆を訪れたという遠藤は、サウナや温水プール、温泉を楽しんだ様子。「サウナ、温水プール、温泉に入って心身ともにリラックスできました〜」と報告している。

長いシーズンをこの先戦う上で、心身ともに万全の状態に保つことは重要。インスタグラムに投稿したサウナやプールを楽しむ水着ショットに、ファンは大きく反応した。

浦和レディースのMF遠藤優が入籍を発表! ピッチ内外での活躍は「彼の支えがあるから」
