これはパニーニ社が展開するカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)オフィシャルトレーディングカード。アルゼンチン『infobae』によると、メッシのカードはユーザーからの人気が最も高いものの1つで、これまでにも有名人やサッカー選手など数百人もの人が、メッシのカードを自引きする動画や写真をアップしてきたという。
また、『infobae』は細かいところにも注目。メッシも招集されているアルゼンチンは、9月のインターナショナルマッチウィークにてアメリカでホンジュラス代表とジャマイカ代表と戦う予定だが、カードの背景が青になっていることからも、このカードはアルゼンチンではなくアメリカで販売されているバージョンだと推測している。
このまま問題なく出場すればカタールが5度目のW杯となるメッシ。35歳という年齢を考慮すると今大会がラストとなる可能性も大いにあるが、念願の初優勝となれば、このカードの価値も跳ね上がるかもしれない。

メッシ 大好きなマテ茶のストローは7万円超えの特別仕様

メッシと妻は30年来の仲、幼馴染の2人が結ばれW杯で優勝するまで
